John was responsive and communicative and the work was done in a timely and professional manner, with attention to detail. John was on time for the appointment, walked me through waht he was doing and what the process is for the EV rebate and even cleaned up / wiped up when he was finished! Highly recommend!

Just had a 60 AMP electric charger installed by John White of Whiteelectriccompany.com and wanted to compliment him on an excellent job. He was recommended to me through my Porsche dealer. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding EV charging, code requirements, etc. He communicated well with me before and after the job, ran the cable from my box in the basement, across two rooms to the garage. John installed a Tesla Gen3 charger for our new Model 3. The whole process was seamless and he was very knowledgeable about EVs and chargers. So if you need an EV charger installed, call White Electric Company!

John went above and behind what I expected. He answered calls on Sunday and was always prompt to set up meetings and return calls. I had him install a Tesla Wall Charger and it was apparent that he was very knowledgable about the Tesla charging system. The other company I had give an estimate gave me incorrect information and a higher price tag. Our inspection came back perfect and my car charges great!. If I ever need electrical work done in the future I will call White electrical again

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with an electrician! To have someone say they are going to come at a certain time and then actually be there at that time is a rarity. I am thoroughly impressed with John White’s punctuality, explanation of services, disclosure of prices, and the quality of work. Full disclosure: White Electric didn’t have to come out to my house to fix my issue BUT, he DID make sure to help me troubleshoot over the phone and tried to make sure I did everything I could to fix before he needed to come out and charge me. I was impressed with this but even more impressed when he texted the next day to make sure everything was working and see if I still needed help.

I will 100% use them if I have an electrical issue again and will share the number with friends.

Incredible Customer Service and Expertise. I would definitely recommend contacting him for any of your electrician needs. I had to replace the old cables going into my meter box and 3 other companies I called told me (without even coming to look) that I had to replace the whole box which would have cost thousands and meant inspections. On an old house like mine those inspections would likely have turned up a bunch of other updates that needed to be done to get up to code. He took the time to actually come look at the issue, do the repair that I was told had to be done, and came to give me an estimate on a Sunday no less, and his was the lowest after getting a couple more estimates.

To top it off a couple weeks later I called him back because as a result of the initial power outage, I hate Duke Energy, our oven was fried. Before we replaced it I wanted to be sure it wasn't something simple like a bad breaker. He came out and checked the outlet behind my oven and the breaker and didn't charge me anything. I really appreciated all of his help.

John has done several different electrical projects and repairs for me over the years. He is great with communications, he's always on time and his work experiences shows in the quality of work he does.

John provided same day service. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgable, conscientious, fair, and professional. He is the only electrician I will be using from now on and I highly recommend you use him, too!
