We rely solely on Viva Electric because of Luis Flores (no, we're not related or even connected outside if this professional relationship - lol). Hopefully Luis can be acknowledged for his superior customer focused work ethic, because that's hard to come by these days. It was after 7:00pm and I needed someone to fix an outlet in my garage ASAP because I had our 2nd refrigerator on that outlet - with no power! I called several places and Lamm called me immediately. He had me text him pictures and he walked me through finding the problem. We were able to fix it and my refrigerator is working! (I offered to pay him for his time and he said no)

Lux electrical service serviced our home on May 25, 2023. Because of this service we are able to use wall sockets that we have never used since we’ve been in our home. He’s very efficient respectful brilliant because now we are able to use a lot more space in our home. thanks to Lux Electrician.

The technician (Jeremy) was great. Thorough, explained everything, etc. No complaints.

My problem was a pool filter that was damaged by a nearby lightning strike. I told Bates when I called what my issue was. When the tech diagnosed it on-site, he told me he could fix any issues of power going TO the filter or control panel, but couldn't repair the actual filter (which turned out to be the problem). So, I paid $160 - $80 for the visit, $80 per hour - for a problem that Bates couldn't fix. If I had known such limits existed, I probably would have tried another company. Disappointing.

I am a very happy camper right now. I found Nate on goggle. Called and within 1 hour he was able to come and repair my light switch. He was in and out within minutes. Very friendly. Very professional. I will call on him again.

Had 3 prewired ceiling fans installed by mike. The whole was done fast and efficient with total respect for us and our home. Mike is a true professional with an for detail. Would definitely us Father and Son again and of course request Mike, in fact thinking about having a few more fans installed.

Matt did a phenomenal job replacing my water heater!!! He was very knowledgeable about the tools, products and equipment need for my house.
