The receptionist was so nice and knowledgeable in helping diagnose my problem. i scheduled an appointment and then was able to get on the waitlist to be scheduled sooner. They fixed my problems timely and were really nice to work with.

Dom installed my 65’ TV perfectly over my fireplace. Very respectful with your home.... wears covering over shoes, vacuums dust after install, and most importantly does impeccable work. Highly recommended.

Peter just installed two light fixtures and did a great job! He was professional, friendly and installed them so quickly. I would definitely contact Bates Electric and use Peter again. I feel their prices are fair and they got someone out within a couple days of making the request.

For what they claim to be, they lack quality and professionalism

Ed and Dawson came right on time. Which, I believe we called on a Friday and they were able to come on the following Tuesday. They were professional and kind. Henry is the best! I needed an electrician last minute and quick. A friend referred him and the rest is history! He came out on a Tuesday to take a look and was back on Thursday for installation. He did a fantastic job, very professional, and reasonably priced! It has been difficult finding people who keep their word and do quality work. He definitely knocked this out of the park and I would use his services again! I recommend Henry to anyone who needs electrical work completed!

My entire house lost electricity due to a main panel issue on a Saturday morning. I called Bates and they had Stephan Wilson out in about an hour. He was able to restore our power and save our weekend! He did a great job!

I used this company a couple years ago for heating system install. I'm writing this review now because they treat their employees like trash. The fact that they make their employees forfeit their EARNED vacation time is absolutely shameful. I plan on using one of their competitors to have my ducts cleaned.

We used Mr 900 Electric on our new home this summer. We had absolutely no problems. Our house was over 7500 sq-ft and not one failed inspection. Inspector mentioned at the time he had a 100% pass rate.
