Had some wiring issues related to smoke detectors - scheduling the appointment was super easy and service was scheduled in a timely manner. Kyle came out to my home (at the beginning of my estimated arrival time frame - MUCH appreciated!), very personable and professional. Listened to my issues, made recommendations and performed the services agreed upon. Loved the fact he gave sound professional advice without being pushy! Without hesitation I would request him for any futures issues that may arise.

Steven came today to replace a light fixture with a ceiling fan and to wire a ceiling light and install a 2nd ceiling fan/light. He arrived promptly, provided me with 3 different quotes that offered different options such as nunber of control switches, then got to work.He cleaned up and even disposed of the boxes for me! I couldn't be happier with the work he did.This is my second time using Michael and sons....solid company providing quality service.

KG service my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable of water heaters. Didn't hear too much good news about the company but KG change my Mind about Irv. He made me comfortable about using this company and especially him. Great experience working with Tony. We needed a new hot water heater installed and some minor electrical work. He gave us the best quote and was able to knock the job out very quickly for us. I would definitely recommend his services and will be calling him in the future for any plumbing/electrical needs.

Repairs didn't last. Offered $25.00 off bill to review right then. Employee standing watching. Came out in a few days after initial call. Worked efficiently and addressed issues. answered all questions. Would definitely use again. I no longer live there. Moved out of state but I would not use again. So-so work for lots of money! Thought the person recommending knew what they were able to do. Obviously not!!

Douglas was professional and helped me greatly by installing a curtain rod on my balcony so I can hang up curtains. Now I can enjoy my balcony with such a beautiful aesthetic. (I wish we can insert pictures) lol
