I hired Sky Electric to evaluate the electrical conditions in my shop to see if our existing power would handle a large piece of 3 phase machinary I would be purchasing.
Ronnie,first of all returned my phone call in less than an hour,and had scheduled a site visit.
He then very effeciently and proffesionally came up with a plan on how to run power to the machine.
You can tell that Ron is a very skilled electrician,no I thinks, or mabyes,he knows his stuff.Thanks to his brother as well! There a great team.

The technician (Jeremy) was great. Thorough, explained everything, etc. No complaints.

My problem was a pool filter that was damaged by a nearby lightning strike. I told Bates when I called what my issue was. When the tech diagnosed it on-site, he told me he could fix any issues of power going TO the filter or control panel, but couldn't repair the actual filter (which turned out to be the problem). So, I paid $160 - $80 for the visit, $80 per hour - for a problem that Bates couldn't fix. If I had known such limits existed, I probably would have tried another company. Disappointing.

Nate did a awesome job on my Full Motion TV wall mounts. He installed a 65” and 55” TV. I bought the mounts and he showed up on time and was outstanding. We even had a great Conversation while he was working. His service is worth every penny and I will been back Brother. He’s very professional.

Full disclosure: White Electric didn’t have to come out to my house to fix my issue BUT, he DID make sure to help me troubleshoot over the phone and tried to make sure I did everything I could to fix before he needed to come out and charge me. I was impressed with this but even more impressed when he texted the next day to make sure everything was working and see if I still needed help.

I will 100% use them if I have an electrical issue again and will share the number with friends.
