We had a true emergency. We had a water heater that stopped working followed by the electrical panel that could no longer handle the demands placed upon it. We had been without hot water and power in portions of the home for at least a week waiting on other company to simply return a call. However Handy Henry's was able to maneuver scheduling so that the repair was completed within 24 hrs of being contacted. That response time and professionalism truly was a blessing to this 70+ year young person. We will tell all our friends about the great service!! Henry's is now in my contacts and we will certainly call them again for all our electrical needs.

Outstanding customer service and great work. Water leak on a Sunday afternoon is not an ideal time to find help, but this business responded immediately and did a great job. I highly recommend this business for any repair work needed. Paul is amazing!

Called Bates Electric for a quote on panel replacement/upgrade and wiring (entire house rewired). Every other electrician I called refused to come out and look at the job until I gave them a deposit; they all wanted to charge me several thousand dollars before they even looked at the job, without having any idea what was needed. Bates came out, took a look around the house, and provided me with a very reasonable quote. Before I accepted it, they even found a mistake in an original drawing of my house that saved me several thousand dollars! This was my first time using Bates Electric and it won't be my last. Thank you!

Great company to work for

Joe is a nice guy, but is terribly, terribly unreliable. He does not show when he says he will. He ultimately, refused to respond to our inquiries. He talks about his work being warranteed, but NEVER shows up to fix. He claimed to fix items that he did not address. He was electricrician of record on a residential project, that was delayed months because of him, and then refused to stand behind his work. Ultimately, we had to hire another company to come in, costing us $$$$, and considerable embarrassment, and damage to our reputation. It has been the most disappointing building experience I have had in over 20 years.
