I was confident they knew what they were doing and would do it well. They moved back any furniture they moved in the process and even vacuumed afterward. I am very pleased with the work I received from Patterson Contracting. Dominique and his assistant installed electrical wiring and an outdoor outlet to support an outdoor tv and pergola lights. They also installed the ring doorbell. They were very professional, always on time, explained all details of the work that needed to be done and they were easy to communicate with. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this company for future electrical an AV projects and would recommend them to others.

We called Father and Son for an issue with our power being out on half of the house. The electrician showed up and told us that he could not fix the issue because the panel was too old. We also had no power to the pool pump and pool house which is on a different panel all together, he could not find the problem! We had another company come an hour later and fixed all issues in a matter of minutes. Father and Son electric charged us almost $300 for NOTHING except to say they could not fix the issues!! When I expressed my displeasure to the owner saying we paid you almost $300 and received nothing in return his response was we gave you our time. BEWARE!!!!

WTC Electric has the best customer service and work I have came across when I'm looking for an electrician. They put the craftsmanship in every project as it was there's.

Called IRV on 12/8 for an issue I was having concerning plumbing, they were able to get a tech out to me within the hour of my call. Emmett was very professional and sensitive to my needs and the issue I was having. I would definitely recommend IRV and request Emmett again if I ever have any other issues.

I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next. That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.
