Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it.

We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

I tried calling three times over three days. No-one answered my calls, and no-one called me back.

We had Douthit Electric come out and quoted us $1,600. to replace 2 circuit breakers. I googled the cost to replace a circuit breaker and all indications were around $200 for one breaker replacement. I called Roby Electric to obtain a second option. Roby Electric sent Ibis, their service tech, out. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed we had 1 bad circuit breaker (not 2 ) and we decided to change out 3 (safety measure only since they were older) and the total cost was $400.00. Ibis was professional, honest and quick. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed what we needed. Douthit never tested anything. I recommend Roby Electric for ALL your needs. They are capable and honest. They want to build a long lasting relationship by treating you fairly versus trying price gouging as Douthit Electric attempted to do. It pays to obtain a second option. 5 stars!!

Absolutely incredible experience with KG3 Electrical! From the first interaction, through completion of the work, Mr. Gordon was phenomenal. He installed two ceiling fans and and reinstalled a dining room chandelier that had started to tilt a bit. We're beyond pleased with his work and his professionalism! I cannot say enough about the excellent service Bates Electric provided my family in an emergency. When a fallen tree limb ripped the service line away from my house on a late Thursday evening, it left my wife (who was only weeks away from her due date at the time) and I in the dark. With a little one on the way, multiple animals needing protection from the heat (over 90 during the day), and the weekend rapidly approaching we were scrambling to find a solution. Bates dispatched a professional immediately. The electrician that arrived (Jeremy) was the definition of a professional. He was knowledgeable, fast, courteous, and provided accurate advice on how to resolve our issues. Jeremy genuinely cared about the situation my wife and I had fallen into and stayed engaged in the process from start to finish and then some. IF you've ever had to go through an emergency outage you will know that there are a lot of moving parts involved between the energy company, the electrician and the city/county inspectors. This is where Bates really shined. When the repair work was done, the back office took over to push us over the goal line. While the repairs where done, the energy company was refusing to restore service without an inspection by the city/county. Getting both a permit and an inspection completed on a Friday during a pandemic is one of the toughest deadlines possible. To make things even tougher, the permit office was going through a IT outage that significantly stalled the process. Bates' back office (especially Alexis) stepped up to take on the challenge. Through close coordination and effective communication, they were able to get the entire process fast tracked and completed before the weekend. Bates earned a customer in me and will be my first call for any future needs (especially emergencies).

Didn't want to look at the job couldn't tell me how long it would take, after some begging he asks...where are you again? I repeat my address a second time (6 miles from their office) oh! your out of our area. Click... I guess they make too much $$$
