Our kichen was a plain, dark cave of a space. Mr. Lynn assured us recessed lights would change everything. It sure did!!! After quickly installing 4 recessed lights in the space, it was revamped. The lights added brighter light and a new charm to the kitchen. We are so happy with the results. We had Mr. Lynn come back to put a recessed light in our hallway as well.

The technician Luis showed up right on time, didn’t have to wait around. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed it. He also gave me helpful info for future preventive problems which was great! I highly recommend Luis and Viva Electric for any of your electrical needs.

Ewing came out did amazing job on hardwire for my ring cameras. Very professional and hard working. Would highly recommend.

No Shorts have done multiple jobs for me including, re-rewiring electric to my pool that was done improperly by another electrician, relocating our washer and dyer, adding internet cabling for Xbox, and installing a green energy saving current regulator. They always do excellent quality work, are fast, efficient, and affordable. My only regret is not finding them sooner. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to send you a note to say how outstanding Roby treated us with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the problem was resolved – coming during the day to fix it and then coming back that night to fix the problem again. The entire staff was incredible to deal with. I personally spent time talking to Elijah as well as Anthony who after several conversations – came out later in the evening to research and correct the problem. We dealt with several employees of Roby – Elijah, Hunter, Chou and Anthony and all were incredibly patient, understanding of our frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to service us and make sure the problem was resolved. We can’t thank Roby enough for helping us on several occasions and working to make sure there was resolve. I have used Lindsay Electric twice with great results both times. The first experience involved installation of surge protectors as well as changing some light fixtures. Professional experience throughout, including a prompt follow up requiring a component not avialable on the initial visit.

Second experience involved a timely situation that had my air conditioner off in mid-August. Lindsay worked me in the same day I called and had the AC back up and running within an hour. Really appreciated the prompt and professional service.

Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

Absolutely amazing service! We had an electrical problem with dimming of lights all throughout the house when any appliance was used, even A/C. They found the problem quickly (damaged bonding strap in the main panel) and gave me my options. I needed a new part that was hard to find, and even when they couldn't find it they got one from another electrician. Problem was fixed in under an hour after that They even stuck around and worked with my home warranty provider so I could file a claim, and gave me a quote for another job I was thinking about. Very friendly and good at what they do, highly recommended!

Had a safety inspection completed over 3 weeks ago. Arranged with the appointment scheduler to meet our realtor on site to let them electrician in, gave the scheduler realtors phone number and was given a window for their arrival. The electrician was almost 2 hours late and didn’t have realtors contact information that was given to scheduler to communicate with. After the inspection, I Was told we’d have report within 3 business days. I called a total of 11 times over the course of these 3 weeks trying to get this report. During those calls, I was directed to different people to help each time, gave my phone number and email multiple times for follow up and wasted so much time on hold only to have to continue to call a few days later as I was never followed up with. I understand everyone is busy right now…but to get this runaround for over 3 weeks to only receive a report with 4 items on it is an unacceptable timeline and unacceptable customer service. We didn’t receive the report back in time before our due diligence period ended for our house purchase. We will certainly NOT be using Bates to make these repairs and would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone.

Cause they have all the answers about recepticals and switches.

Ed of Gb Electrical Service is outstanding. We needed to add 240V, 50 amp outlet in the garage. Unfortunately there was no empty slot in the distribution panel. Ed came over to our place for estimation and looked at the distribution panel, and he proposed us different manner than other provider which had proposed us to upgrade to new distribution panel. GBE’s proposal is about $10K less than the other’s. Ed saved us tons of money!
He and his team member are very nice and friendly. I would recommend them very much.

Be careful using the people. They claim to be Christians but they cheated my elderly mother. They charged her almost $200 to come to her house to do a repair and did nothing. When I called the owner he used profanity and hung up the phone. He did call me back and said his people would fix the issue. That was more than a month ago. They take advantage of the elderly... do you really want them in your home?....

Powersource installed and continues to maintain our whole house generator unit. They did a great job and we’ve been very happy, especially when the power goes out! ?

My neighbor hired Al to replace rotted siding and trim on the outside of the front of his house and install outside lighting and a new electrical outlet. I had been helping my neighbor (who is not able to work on his home) with some small projects on his home. I knew of Al's professional reputation and suggested my neighbor hire him which my neighbor did. This was a project my neighbor wanted done and I knew it was beyond my experience level and knowledge to attempt this on my own.

I was able to assist Al on some of the siding that needed an extra pair of hands. (I've done minor home repair and remodeling myself as a non-professional for 40+ yrs & some lay person's knowledge.) So, I was on site the entire time and was able to see Al's work through the entire process. While not a large job, Al treated his work with the importance and dedication as though it was a truly important job that he valued doing. (Al replaced about 100 sq feet of siding.)

I must say Al does incredibly excellent work!! He explained the reasons for some of his construction strategy which greatly impressed me with how well he thinks through projects like this. He works efficiently and demonstrates a very high standard of excellence!

The price was extremely reasonable for my neighbor to be able to afford to hire Al. My neighbor and myself both believe my neighbor got more than his money's worth out of this job! Excellent work & great value cost wise.
