Mack made time to come out and diagnose and repair the issue within 12 hours of contacting him; he used time between jobs to drive 40 minutes to help us. The first way to describe him is knowledgeable - this was vital to our issue because what we thought was a simple breaker replacement turned out to be more. He found the problem through an experienced process of diagnostic elimination. Voila. . .there's the source of the problem and it wasn't the breaker and we would never have found it.

We are more than grateful for his expertise and his ability to help us so quickly - the lights are back on! He will be coming back to do more projects for us because he is now our go-to electrician.

I had several complex issued fixed by Stephen Wilson from Bates Electrical. They are fast honest and professional. Give them a call. If they can fix my issues they can fix yours too.

Still waiting for them to call me back. Really need to fix their phone mailbox service and just pay for the assistance to make sure human to human contact happens. Simple things.

Arc Electric provides prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service at a reasonable price. Bobby has done work for me on 2 occasions and quickly resolved the issues. I will continue to call Arc Electric first when I need electrical service.
