In fact, right from the day Igor submitted very reasonable estimates, Juliana followed up patiently with regular phone calls & e mail reminders while we had to delay giving the “go ahead” because of our personal scheduling difficulties. Martin installed my new furnace installed last year, after a week I was confused with the thermostat and couldn't get it working, he came back right away just to show me how to work it! A year later, the furnace stopped working right after a snowy day, he came right away and it turned out I mistakenly set it on cold hair. I was amazed he didn't even want to charge me for his visit and time. A= experience!

I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!
