I had a great experience from start to finish with 24/7. Igor came to my house for the estimate, which was provided via an iPad and an email sent to me for review with my spouse. Then I accepted the estimate and Alex called within an hour to schedule the appointment, which was the next week. Mauricio, the electrician came to my house and was quick, polite, and thorough. I had made a mistake in the type of recessed lights I selected in the estimate and after discussing the change with Mauricio, Igor brought the correct product out to our house so the job could be completed the same day. I am very happy with 24/7's streamlined service using technology. They have a knowledgeable team with Alex as the office manager and Igor and Mauricio. Thank you! We had several electrical projects done on the house, another breaker box installed, inside electrical outlets, outdoor 110 power to the shed and patio, 240 power to the hot tub. English isn't her first language and she is older, but all she needed done was to adjust the plug on a new stove she had received. This stove is equipped to be converted so the job shouldn't have taken more than an hour otherwise. They also claimed that they had done the conversions many times before.
They did not do it right the first time, and charged her again for the second visit.
This place is obviously a scam when you can company.
Do not use them. Save the harassment and your money.

I'm selling a house in Lake Forest Park that needs a few small electrical projects taken care of. Two weeks ago I contacted Seattle Electric to have them get in touch with my real estate agent for scheduling because I live a few hours away and she was going to get them access to the house. I followed up last week because they hadn't called her. Today I had her call them because they still hadn't called. Lance told her that he isn't interested in working with a real estate agent and was very rude. I called to find out what was going on and they told me they were all booked up. I've wasted 2 weeks approaching a closing date on the sale of my home waiting for these jokers to do their job.
