Best Tankless Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

6 months ago, I needed a sewer line replacement that I thought would be expensive to fix. Having called 3 other plumbing contractors who quoted me exorbitantly for the job, I decided to call up 2 Sons. And I couldnt have made a better decision. I called them 9ish and Angelo and Chase were sent in by manager Derek by noon. Given my remote location, this was SUPER early! They were knowledgeable and explained the issue to me in detail. Angelo and Chase were also very honest and upfront about the cost and were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of money. Every step of the way the communication with Derek really added a lot of value and credibility. I am very thankful for their hard work and expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumbing technician!

A delightful experience. Professional manner and excellent service. Cleaned up afterward, explained ordering replacement parts for remaking fixture. Installation of ceiling light was done quickly. Overall a very pleasant experience.

We have a Monessen gas fireplace, purchased from and installed by a local company, that was not working properly. Because the company that we purchased it from had proved its incompetence in both installing and servicing the unit, when it began to malfunction - turning off after as little as a few minutes - I wanted to find a repair service that was more competent and reliable. After calling a number of places and being told that “we only service what we sell,” “we don’t service that brand,” or, “we’re happy to help you, but our first available appointment is four months out,” I struck upon Economy Wiring and Tyler Tillman. Tyler was fantastic - he was able to successfully diagnose the problem and repair our fireplace and did it in a timely fashion. Although it took two trips (not his fault but mine) to get it to 100%, at no time did I question his ability to get the job done or his competence in doing so. If you have a need for a gas fireplace repair, I would highly recommend Economy Wiring. I’ve dealt with a lot of technicians and repair people over the years, and none of them were more capable than Tyler. And based on my experience, I have to believe that everyone at Economy Wiring is cut from that same rare cloth. Highly recommended.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
