Fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Appointment desk staff were extremely responsive, got me in quickly, and kept me up to date on my technician's arrival status. My technician, Scott, was not only a knowledgable electrician, he was also honest and a good human being. He went above and beyond to rectify my issue and wouldn't even accept a tip. This was my first time using Mr. Electric and I will definitely be using them again. Wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Alex could not have been more professional or thorough!!! I thought it was a plumbing issue but it looks like it’s an HVAC issue so he even reached out to one of the HVAC guys to get input regarding my issue! Super nice guy. Great company was very impressed overall from my first phone call to how quickly they came out and I felt absolutely comfortable having Alex in my home!

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

The technician that came out was professional, helpful, and a good communicator. We had an appointment within two days of contacting them through the website. Both the issues we needed fixed were resolved within an hour. Highly recommended!

Pete and team are fantastic! Galaxy has been my go-to company for all electrical needs for over 5 years now. I was initially referred to them by my father who had a great experience many years ago.

They helped me with re-wiring my entire house back in 2018 and I have used them for various electrical needs since. Pete is quick to return my calls and is prompt with scheduling/fixing any issues I’ve had. Most recently, I reached out to him to fix a breaker in my electrical box. I called him in the evening and he had someone come out the next day to get it taken care of.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
