Ed and crew were super responsive, I mean quick in all communication. Got it installed with in a week of contact including an onsite consultation. They explained in detail what they were going to do with confidence and experience. They answered my ignorant questions politely.

By far the most professional contractor we have dealt with so far at our remodel. This was a complete residential rewire. The team worked to find some creative, less invasive ways to rewire our 1928 tudor, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. They showed attention to detail and the lead electrician took the time to explain some elements of the project I was less familiar with. It should be noted, the new panel is also EXTREMELY well organized, I was really impressed! End result, we had great work done by a great team who kept us informed, finished on time and at budget!!! I called their dispatch two seperate times hrs apart yesterday for service... no technician called me back. I called again this am third time. Finally get a call back, the tech said he was busy till 4, maybe I should call someone else. Horrid customer service.
