Called them because we got a notice from the water company they believed we had a leak on our property. They were able to get Tim out next day to start the process of identifying and fixing it. What impressed me the most though was they gave me the contact of a line scanning company to work with directly so I could find and dig out the pipe myself to save some money (new homeowner budget). Then once I found it, Tim came back and made all the needed repairs within two hours! Hopefully I wont be calling them back any time soon personally, but would definitely recommend!

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

We had contacted several electricians, but Norman and his team were the first to respond like they actually cared. He was very friendly and professional and asked us the right questions about the project to make sure they understood our needs. Norman came out to our house as scheduled and explained all of our options and educated us on the lights we wanted to have installed in our kitchen ceiling. We also had them upgrade our panel and add lights to our garage. Everything was done exceptionally well and as promised. Even our city inspector who came out to review the work was impressed. Also, their payment person/scheduling person Edna is absolutely a joy to work with and very nice. I had a very excellent experience with Mr. Electric, Norman, Edna and their team. They got the job done professionally, quickly, and very well. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
