Best Power Line in Seattle WA

I had a mostly negative experience with 24/7 Electric. I contracted them install 3 240V breakers; they sent a tech out to inspect and quoted me $1300. That's steep for what is essentially a 2 hour job with minimal parts and an easy DIY, but I bit the bullet, since I didn't want to learn the electrical code required for the installation. After scheduling an install, the tech arrived on time, but didn't have the equipment necessary for the job, despite the panel being inspected in advance, so he had to leave and come back later. Once the work was completed, it failed inspection because the installed breakers were not GFI protected, a requirement to the electrical code that came out 2 years prior. The company worked quickly to reschedule but had to make multiple trips out because they kept buying the wrong breakers. Once the correct breakers were installed, I waited a week for the company to reschedule another inspection but they never contacted me, so I had to reach out myself. Normally, I would be ok with all of this, but what I found the most insulting and unprofessional was the additional bill I received for over $500 because the newer breakers that were up to code were pricey and the company passed the cost on to me. Charging the customer more because you, the company, made a mistake by not knowing the electrical code (the whole reason I'm paying you in the first place) is highly unprofessional; had I been given the correct estimate up-front, I would not have accepted 24/7's bid and would have done the work myself. I am giving 2 stars because the work that was actually done was done well. The conduit and boxes used were installed neatly. The company was also easy to get a hold of and communicated scheduling clearly.

I recently called 2 Sons Plumbing to fix a leaking water pipe from my upstairs bathroom. This is the second time I've used their services. The operation is very professional. They offered to send a technician to my house the same day. Tommy was excellent and did an outstanding job. Showed up on time exactly as promised. He is very knowledgeable, hard-working, friendly, affable and very honest. He quickly found the leak and fixed it. He also installed a new shower valve and shower head. He worked expeditiously and efficiently. He also communicates really well and clearly tells you want is wrong and what repairs are needed. His initial quote involved an entire day's worth of work because the leak was potentially in a difficult location. However, after Tommy quickly found the leak and determined it would not take as long to repair as he initially thought, he lowered the estimate. That level of honesty is not common in this business and I very much appreciate his integrity. He is a very skilled, talented and knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend 2 Sons Plumbing and especially Tommy for outstanding work

This group is the real deal - Cecil and his guys really know what they are going. They did a rather complicated panel upgrade and relocation/rewiring project for us as well as a circuit addition for our laundry room. BEST exceeded our expectations on every front! The job turned out to be an enormous grueling effort over the course of two 12-hour days (a very old house that was long overdue for an electrical upgrade), and the whole team was extremely thorough, professional, and courteous the entire time. Cecil was also very proactive in pushing for permitting from the city, organizing inspections, establishing temporary power, and generally making the whole experience as painless as possible for us. He was also very honest and up-front with quotes as well and kept to it even when things turned out more difficult. A few minor things went wrong (as expected from a job of this scale) but they did everything in their power to make things right even after I had paid (for example coming back to fix up some minor drywall damage they missed and offering to pay for a hotel when the job progress left us briefly without power). Overall, a 10/10 experience.

Edwin was one of the best people I could have possibly dealt with. I pray that this man is getting paid what he is worth although I can't think of a number that truly compliments his professionalism.I would happily recommend him to any one of my friends or family!

Sean was the best. Very upfront about all the work. Did an amazing job. Also I gave them short notice and they were able to come same day. Been using sea town for years and always been the best. I'm an electrician and been in the trade for years. Recommend them for sure.

Wow - showed up same day even though booked for the rest of the month, they worked me in for an outdoor outlet repair that had melted. Turned out the former electrician hadn't tightened it down, but Jeff and Josh were awesome. They took the time to not only replace the outlet but also checked and found cuts in the wires, and then checked the entire breaker box just to make sure all was okay. Did I mention they showed up at the end of the day after doing dirty renovation work in 95 degree heat? Much appreciated and I believe I just found my future electrician for the rest of my needs. Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.
