Best Led Fixture in Seattle WA
This is my 2nd service with Brennan and my experience has been great! Alfred installed a new circuit and outlet with a 35’ run on the ceiling for EV car charging and took great care of working with my garage setup. He let me know what kind if wiring would be used and that it was suitable for sustained load charging. Will definitely use Brennan again for my electrical needs.

Pasha and co did a fantastic job installing an EV outlet in my garage. The electrical panel was in another room, but Pasha routed the wire through with minimal cut to the drywall. There was attention to details at every step. I'd definitely hire again for future projects.

Brent and his team were efficient and thorough throughout the entire process. We had some chandeliers removed/installed and added a dedicated outlet under the house for a remodel project.
They had to do this in two stages and Cameron and Johnathan completed the follow up work expertly and were a pleasure to have in our home.
I will highly recommend OBOT to anyone in need of an electrician and was especially impressed with the team that I've met, Brent, Cameron and Johnathan.

Keithly electric was the only place that responded promptly and treated me well. I had tried to contact over 7 electricians prior and I was entirely baffled how I could not find a business willing to give me the time of day since my project was not massive. Eventually I reached out to a good client and asked for their recommendation, Jim from Keithly was the name and he sure is prompt and attentive. I had the work scheduled that week and completed in a super professional and timely manner. Andrii who came out and did my install was all smiles and information, he provided multiple options for the install and explained the differences so I could make an educated decision. The work is flawless and he left my garage clean, he even vacuumed up any drywall dust on the ground! really impressed overall, could not recommend more or provide higher praise.

Wow, really amazing to work with Tommy. He’s got a ton of general experience in contracting but also has detailed understanding of electrical. I used his services at my home remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall cost. I will recommend him to everyone I know in need of a good remodel and electric contractor.
Easy to work with, kind, and respectful.

I am very happy with Kemly Electric
I have had my ceiling fans installed and then replaced by James. He installed the fans and took away my old fixtures and all the packing. And he even replaced the battery in my smoke alarm that is too high for me to reach . I highly recommend Kemly Electric!

Our smoke alarms were malfunctioning, sometimes going off in the middle of the night. An electrician from Konsker came to try to investigate. They couldn't find a problem, but replaced two smoke detectors. (The problem persisted.) For less than an hour of work and $70 of hardware they charged us over $550. I would avoid this company.

Needed help with an emergency electrical issue. They came out same-day and were able to get the job done. If you are looking for an emergency electrician in Seattle who knows their stuff, give them a call.

I can't say enough about what great work Jeff did on my 1925 home. I needed a complete electrical overhaul from the old knob & tube wiring, as well as new outlets in all rooms, not to mention other upgrades. Jeff and his team were communicative, quick, clean, and non-disruptive to my life during the process. I had many, many other bids, and was told I'd have numerous, huge holes in my walls. Jeff made no holes, except of course around a few outlet covers - minimal. He came in at a lower price and did what I know is a much better job than the rest. Five Stars!

The people at Exact are all around good citizens. Any aspect of residential construction (including the business and accounting side of things) is really hard, nothing is the same, every house, every client, every project is different. The thing about exact is there depth of people and experience to navigate the complexities they built up over the years. Larissa the scheduling coordinator is detailed oriented and makes sure everything is ready to go for the team, that they understand the assignment and client and project goals and helps the team quickly and efficiently provide good service and value to the clients. In short, she's the glue between what the clients need and what the team needs to be successful. If Zach the owner needs to weigh in on something, he's a quick problem solver and coaches his team of leaders on thinking strategically toward providing efficient and seamless service through constant systems refinement and staff training. Although they have new people, they also have a lot of long term employees which is so valuable. If they make a mistake, they make it right, learn from it, and move on quickly. I'm speaking as a remodeling contractor who has hired them for many projects as well as a home owner whose had them at my house.

We were happy with the work and communication while having our electrical panel replaced. Drew and Blair did great work and the job was reasonably priced.

OHM Electrical has been a pleasure to work with. From my first contact with Ian and quote visit with Alfred through to efficient, professional work completed more quickly than expected by Giuseppe and Justin, I highly recommend this fantastic team. They were able to answer my questions and offer a terrific solution for my project.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Third time was not the charm. Why? Because of the following:
- we did an electrical panel replacement and it took over 6 months to completion!!!
- the communication was horrible. I’d call and they would say someone would call me back. They didn’t. It took me calling/emailing/texting at least 4-8 times to get one response back
- the front office doesn’t know how to work with their electricians. EVERY single electrician came to our home without having the parts ready and had to go to Home Depot multiple times because they didn’t have the parts ready
- we had a dangerous situation where our old panel’s main fuse would lose one phase of power and the only way to get it back working was using a hammer on it! Dangerous, right? It didn’t make the process of replacing the panel any faster
- one reason it took so long was because PSE couldn’t cut our power off from their transformer because of a tree that grew too close to it. It’s not Jacob’s fault for the transformer problem but did they do anything about it? NO! I had to badger PSE myself about it a bunch of times too but they didn’t help me. Aren’t the electricians supposed to take care of this? Why did I pay all this money for?
- guess who had to pay for the overtime fee for PSE when Jacob’s didn’t have the parts ready to finish the job in a reasonable amount of time? Me!
- they also used my own conduit to do their work because again the electrician didn’t have the parts ready because of the office not doing their job
- no ownership and taking care of the customer
I’m so glad to be done with them and the ONLY good thing I could say about them are some of the electricians (commercial side )care about their work
Second time using them and they did not disappoint! Quickly figured out what was going on (failing main breaker) which made sense once the issue was found. Stellar work team!
