Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

It's been over a month and I am still waiting for an estimate for a light fixture repair. I contacted them about this and they promised me that it would be done by the end of the week. That was 3 weeks ago.

My experience with Energy Technologies was outstanding. I was very impressed with the professional manner the proposal was presented. Their prices compared very favorably with what I had been looking at. The crew was here for two days. They removed the old furnace and installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Everything was cleaned up and all old material taken away.
Martin returned the next day and gave us tutorial on how to use the thermostat and change furnace filters. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Al and his associates.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

I’m a builder and needed an emergency upgrade to my electrical service in order to keep my project moving forward. My regular electricians attitude was “I’ll try to get there in the next 2 weeks “ I called Neighborhood Electric and explained my urgent need they readjusted their schedule and had a guy out to my job in under 90 minutes and had my project moving. Not only are they responsive, everyone you deal with from the office staff to the electrician getting it done are just really nice people.

The Benchmark Home Services staff and electricians are fantastic! This Monday morning we contacted them by e-mail and received a prompt reply and by Monday afternoon we received a home visit from a very professional lead electrician to estimate the work to be done. During the initial in home consultation the electrician answered all our questions. On Tuesday we worked together with the staff by e-mail and agreed to the scope of work at a better than fair price and we scheduled an appointment for the work to be performed on Wednesday morning. The crew arrived early and the work was professionally completed within hours. Our projects included replacing multiple light fixtures, a ceiling fan, installation of a new dimmer switch and a new thermostat. All of the work was done perfectly and the site was all cleaned up before they left. I will definitely be contacting them again for future services.
