The Benchmark Home Services staff and electricians are fantastic! This Monday morning we contacted them by e-mail and received a prompt reply and by Monday afternoon we received a home visit from a very professional lead electrician to estimate the work to be done. During the initial in home consultation the electrician answered all our questions. On Tuesday we worked together with the staff by e-mail and agreed to the scope of work at a better than fair price and we scheduled an appointment for the work to be performed on Wednesday morning. The crew arrived early and the work was professionally completed within hours. Our projects included replacing multiple light fixtures, a ceiling fan, installation of a new dimmer switch and a new thermostat. All of the work was done perfectly and the site was all cleaned up before they left. I will definitely be contacting them again for future services. On time and excellent

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else!
