Many thanks to Ryan, Vanessa and all their employee's that helped get our electric meter base and mast changed. This company is very professional and I would highly recommend to anybody that would need their services. Our house was a pending sale and the job got done ahead of schedule. ON TIME AND UNDER BUDGET.

I had problems with the outlets in both of my bathrooms. (they were out, but the lights worked) In the morning, I left David a brief description of the problem on his recorder and he called me that night. He walked me through the problem, step by step and in 6 minutes, the problem was solved. NO CHARGE FOR HIS ADVISE!!! Hard to believe, in this day and age, that a man like David still walks around. He saved me $$$$$$$$, big time. Thank you David.

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

This electrician was on time and did a great job installing light fixture. They were able to get the job done quickly and I'm very happy with the quality of work.

I was satisfied with the electrician's work. Before they arrived, I was able to take care of the problem on my own, and the technician just double-checked my work to make sure it was done correctly. I was so pleased with their service that I want to hire them again this year to repair the electrical panel in my home.

They installed a Tesla Charger for us. Within a year of installation, the charger failed and we called in another electrician who re-installed it in such a way that the wires would not get broken. Overall, their work was sloppy and not on schedule. Every time they worked at our place, they left trash behind. Our other electrician takes the trash out with him. I'm now concerned that none of their work was quality work. Will have our new electrician look it over after what he found with the Tesla Charger.

I contacted Edison electricians because of some electrical issue in my kitchen. David came, and he quickly fixed it through his professionalism and knowledge.

Excellent experience. Friendly and knowledgeable guy, Chad saved me hundreds vs other places because he was able to repair the fault and didn’t need to replace an entire circuit. Highly recommended!
