Alexander has serviced my apartment building for 5+ years. A&A Electric has seen many challenges with the wiring in my 100+ year old building and has solved them all. Aside from outlets and light fixtures replaced, bathroom fans added, intermittent flickering light issues, he has up graded the old knob and tube wiring from the street to new meters,electrical panels and circuit breakers. Alex completed all of these repairs efficiently and successfully resolved any issues.

I had Beaux Electric come buy and try to diagnose my wall heater issues. But after I installed the new heaters and thermostat the electrical wiring they recommended at the thermostat still didn't work. I needed a follow up with them to solve the wall wiring confusion but they stopped contact with me. I would have paid for follow up work from them but maybe they got busy.

Then I hired AMS and they got the job done. Ryan was a pro. He found the problem and got my heat working. He explained each step of the work and provided me with estimates.

Now I got my downstairs heat working once again.

I should have paid closer attention to the negative reviews on Google and Yelp. One of my neighbors had recommended this company for an outlet installation, so I went ahead and setup an appointment for yesterday morning, even though I saw the many “ghosting” reviews. Owner/electrician Derek never bothered showing up. I sent several texts and called him several times, but received absolutely no response. I wasted my time yesterday as well as the last month since the appointment was made close to a month ago and I could’ve found another electrician in the meantime.

The only positive was the scheduling coordinator/assistant Monica. She was cordial and responsive through her e-mails, but she doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism of the owner. I would stay away from this company if you value your time.
