Had someone out to estimate a big job and 3+ weeks later still no estimate provided. Emailed numerous times and was told the estimate would be on its way. It never arrived. Would never do business with this company.

Jay is an outstanding electrician and a very considerate and caring individual. He came out to our house for an emergency situation a couple years ago when half our electricity went out and discovered that the main fuse in the outside service panel had failed. Even though Jay was extremely busy that weekend, he fit us in and provided excellent service just in time to host 35 relatives that Easter. This evening, Jay kindly took time out of his busy schedule and came to the rescue again on another emergency. Our heater and both bathroom lights stopped working in our condo rental. Jay discovered and resolved the problem just in time for our tenants to move in tomorrow. Jay is the most knowledgeable, reliable and kindest electrician around. It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. Just purchased a Tesla from a friend and had to make the difficult decision as to which electrician I should select to install my garage charger. My friend had used Home Networks, Electric & Solar to install his garage charger so I decided to call them too. Spoke to Randy Garcia, the owner, and he was professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in non electrician terms. What really made the experience a winner was Branden Dunn, the foreman. He was the primary guy doing my installation. He presented various options as to where the new plug should be installed. I could really tell that he was very experienced and confident. Everything Branden said about the set up made sense. He spent time explaining to my wife and I how to utilize our charger in the most efficient way, all the dos and don't's. It was such a relief, getting the job done by an electrical contractor who was well versed with Tesla. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Home Networks, and specifically Branden, to do your installs for your garage chargers.

Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

I recently had Delta Electric install 4 ceiling fans, a whole house fan, recessed lighting throughout the house and outdoor lighting. Their Electricians were punctual, professional and very friendly! My experience was very smooth from the estimate to the completion of the work. I am 100% satisfied with their work and will be recommending Delta Electric to all my friends and family!

I got Sonny's name / Company (Rios Electric) off a neighborhood bulletin board. Many many members praised Sonny for his work and professionalism, and I can see why.

There's 'always' been a problem with mold in our Master Bath. The last time we had it cleaned the representative said the molds grow so quickly as there is no moving air. Water just sits there for a long time after each use. He recommended an Air Fan in the ceiling, I thought that would be a great solution.

So the next time Rios Electric was named - I knew it was time for me to call. Sonny returned my call promptly and - things were set to go.

From our conversation he generally knew what to expect. Upon arrival I received a reasonable bid, and then we had a discussion about which fan unit / Brand to install. He recommended the Panasonic as it was high end quality and a very low operational 'hum'. He was right. We can hardly hear it running when we're in bed.

With this great experience we needed / used Sonny's services again. This time to deal with a problem of a fuse continually 'blowing' in hot weather - when the freezer was working extra hard.

Wow, this solution was broad and extensive... When our house was built they put a ton of receptacles on the same circuit. Get this, the middle bathroom, utility room and 'two' garage outlets. No wonder it kept blowing - we had a FREEZER, water softener, in constant use, a washer & dryer occasionally in use - but the big thing was when PLUGGING IN MY WIFE's PRIUS - what a power drain.

It was obvious we needed another circuit breaker BUT with no more slots available - we had to go with a new / bigger breaker panel.- no decision needed. Sonny masterfully installed this and did a good job of covering up the cut Sheetrock.

Also, during the process Sonny noticed a cord going from one overhead light to the other with only an extension thick cord. He said that had a high level of fire danger. Well he fixed that too.

Well since we were taking care of electrical needs, I mentioned I wanted another dedicated outlet in the garage - this one in front of the other side of the garage - just in case another electric car was in the future. :)

In summary, I can't say enough about my pleasure and the results provided by Sonny / Rios Electric. I will definitely use Rios Electric in the future for any of my electrical needs

I found him to be very professional who wants to do everything right, by the book. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to doing a good job. He is also very polite, friendly and responsive.

I had a wonderful experience with Zoom Electricians Repair. Their team was professional, friendly, and skilled, and they were able to fix my electrical issue in a timely manner. They also took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. Their prices were reasonable, and I would definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

Mr. Tang is very courteous and professional. He was able to repair our electrical issues quickly and explained how we could make improvements in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!
