Best Troubleshooting in San Jose CA

It’s Holiday Season and my exterior outlets went out. Not good as I need to put up some lighting. I needed an experienced electrician to troubleshoot, who know what they’re doing. A friend of mine told me about Dalcon Electric. I gave them a call for an appointment. They sent one of their electricians and got everything fixed soon after. :-) Friendly, quick and price is reasonable too!!

As an elderly person living in a 50 + year old house I had a lot of concerns. He listens to all my concerns and explained things to me so I could understand them. Mr. Dollens as I learned later was very knowledgeable in the field and with ease explained everything. Then he did some testing and let me know the areas of concern but that I was in no danger as I was so concerned about fire. Once we arrived at the stage of contracting Dollens Electric I was very satisfied with what it was going to cost me and even more satisfied with the work. I will definitely call on Dollens Electric and recommend them to all my family and friends.

It was tough getting someone to come in for our project. At first we were impressed with the attentiveness to our needs, once we got them scheduled, the Electricians were great! Near the end of the installation we had a few communication concerns and had some difficulty getting the site manager to respond to our questions, but the owner addressed the concerns quickly after hearing our requests.

The electrician is a pro in his profession and is able to locate and resolve issues promptly. Despite the fact that it was not his area of expertise, the entire crew appreciated how he fixed our dishwasher.

We hire Lenny to install a Chargepoint EV station and was extremely happy with the results. I'm especially impressed by his splendid attention to details and ability to make ad-lib designs to work around special situations in our house that a normal electrician wouldn't solve. The job takes more time than usual, but the quality of work is far above my expectations. Price is highly competitive and is definitely great value. Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

Jack Dang provides great service to San Jose area. One of my electrical outlets went bad on Christmas Day and nobody answered the phone…except Jack! He came and fixed it in 20 minutes the next day. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs!
