I wish we had the great experience of others.
In our mobile community the electrical was upgraded throughout. The old electrical was never removed though some did have theirs removed
ours is still there years later.

I contacted HNES and talked to Randy regarding powerwall installation and the used of the SGIP program. Randy was really knowledgeable and provided all answers to my questions. Unfortunately after Randy researched, I would not qualified the SGIP equity resiliency program.

Did a google search for an electrician to install a 120v 30 amp RV recepticle. Had called another company first for an estimate. That electrician had no clue as to what a 30 amp outlet looked like so decided he wasn't the right person for my request. Recieved an email, text from Sonny (SJ Rios Electric) that he would call and set up appointment. Soon after Sonny called and we set up the appiontment for thursday morning with a reasonable estimate. Sonny showed up on time with tools and the materials go do the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Sonny also explained what he was doing why. Very informative took the time to show me the work. Sonny did a fantastic job in a reasonable time frame. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND QUALITY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SONNY FOR YOUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS! Brian installed a whole house backup Kohler 38 KW generator for our house.
I found him to be very professional who wants to do everything right, by the book. He is knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to doing a good job. He is also very polite, friendly and responsive.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

Armando and his team are good guys and did great work!!! Due to storm damage, we had to replace the waterline from our well to the whole home water tank. Armando was quick to come out and assess the situation. The next day, his team installed about 200 feet of weatherproof cables to get power down to the well again. I'd use Alternative Power & Electric anytime!

Update: The owner made up for it and sent two of his guys out to my place, paid them OT and apologized for the mishap.

They never showed! My wife sat home and waited and they never came. They will send you an email asking for automatic confirmation which I confirmed...
Apparently, I was told maybe there's a glitch in the system...
The first girl I spoke to had my appointment down for 4hours later than my scheduled appointment.
Poor customer service, don't always believe the positive reviews is a lesson I've learned the hard way.
Go elsewhere, unless you want to waste your day off waiting...
