Totally satisfied with the service provided by Rey. Very diligent and professional, very reasonable in cost, went over all the aspects and made sure I understood.

My Maytag clothes washer was not operating properly. The repair man did not find a problem. After he left the lid on the washer will not lock. It attempts to lock, but fails. So, the washer is still not operational.

Carlos and team installed two ceiling fans, outdoor lights, panels, and breaker. They were always prompt, hardworking and professional! I was very delighted with the work they done. Their price was very competitive. They gave outstanding customer service. I will definitely use Electric Heroes again for future projects.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED after initially being impressed.
Delta did a whole house re-wire for us a few months ago. The main electrician, Michael, did great work. He was professional, courteous, clean, and thorough. So, we hired Delta to come back and install 2 simple bathroom fans.
This time, however, our experience was MUCH different.
The Delta electrician left a huge mess in both bathrooms. They did not even attempt to clean up after themselves. We returned home to find drywall dust everywhere in the bathrooms, and a thin film of dust covering the rooms and hallways adjacent to the bathrooms.
In addition to the dust, the electrician left filthy handprints and pencil marks all over the ceilings.
When our landlord reached out to Delta to ask them to fix their shoddy work, Delta’s response was to dismiss the complaint and say it was our fault because we didn’t, essentially, move our toothbrushes.
I’m not kidding. They blamed all of the aforementioned poor cleanup effort on us not moving our small toothbrush caddy off the counter.
I have called and left several messages with the Delta office, as well as one of their project managers, and still no reply or follow up.
Still waiting... a week later.
If Delta will make this right, I am happy to base my review of 5 out of 5 stars on the whole house job they did for us, which was outstanding.

Jack Dang provides great service to San Jose area. One of my electrical outlets went bad on Christmas Day and nobody answered the phone…except Jack! He came and fixed it in 20 minutes the next day. I highly recommend him for any electrical needs!

I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling!

I had a good feeling from the moment I first contacted them. They got back to me within minutes and sent someone out the next day to fix my trip-happy circuit breaker. He was punctual, transparent about pricing, and extremely knowledgeable. These guys know electric!

My company has had Sanchez do everything from small projects to major commercial upgrades since 2012. They respond quickly, are great and easy to work with, and do an amazing job. We've convinced all our neighboring companies to use them as well. We haven't had a contractor yet beat the service, price, and quality from Sanchez.

Worked for this electrical contractor on their VMWare project...average at best. I have certainly worked for better, more organized contractors...other than efficient management, they also seemed to be having growing pains in that they did not have adequate amounts of functioning tools for their employees to use, cutting into production, requiring crews to share tools which other, better, contractors have plenty of. Would work for them again though if the opportunity presented itself.

ARC provided exceptional service when helping add additional sockets to a commercial office space. Little guidance needed for such a hard task. They were able to finish fast and at a great price. Definitely would recommend you reach out if you need a responsive electrical team.

Tim was amazing! Impeccable work, prompt, explained everything in detail, and was able to handle a huge project on his own. In fact, he worked extra hours into the early evening to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction.
