Edwin and David are professional, responsive, friendly and honest. They take pride in their work, and follow through on all their promises. Their prices are also extremely fair. They replaced our sub-panel and fixed some issues caused by our kitchen installers.

Willow Glen Electric installed an EV charger and electrical panel in my garage. They were timely, professional, and trustworthy. They do quality work and took care of permitting with the city of San Jose. I will reach out to them again if I need electrical work done in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was very impressed with Jay's professionalism and knowledge. He responded to my urgent issue on the same day and after explaining the situation, took care of the problem within 30 minutes for a reasonable price. He's also very informative and provides options for any future work that needs to be done as well as any safety precautions we should adhere to.

On December 20th, all lighting fixtures in my kitchen and outside the kitchen wall went dead, as did the TV and computer in the adjoining room! I had to do an extensive computer search for an available electrician and couldn't find anyone until I called California electrical group. Idan came out that same afternoon, thoroughly checked the kitchen lighting, the outside light, restoring all the lights, the TV and the computer. I won't be spending Christmas in silence in the dark! His service was thorough and expert. This Electrician, saved Christmas from the Electrical Grinch! I will NEVER call any other electrician.

I had a long list of items that needed attention such as install dimmer switch in family room, repair office switch, replace ceiling fan, relocate phone jack, install new exterior sconces--and more! What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load. I reached out to Electric Heroes and they responded to us with a quote by the time most companies even called us back. We couldn't be happier with the work they did for us. Third time is a charm with this outstanding vendor. My sink started leaking and my usual handyman knew it was beyond his expertise, so I called Pacific Coast Home Services. Not only did they instantly remember me as a customer, but they immediately sent the same professional Juan Robledo who is very familiar with my older home and it's infrastructure. He was literally at my home within the hour, something no other service can provide. Because my home is older, and I had just done costly renovations in the kitchen, the faucet fix was not an easy one. I had literally just had the sink refinished which made the job of removing the ancient faucet a task that required a master's expertise and delicate touch. Mr. Robledo was more than up to the challenge and replaced my old faucet with literally not a mark on the newly renovated sink. He also replaced the service lines as they were old and leaking. With Juan, the job is always done right and quickly. I now have a brand-new kitchen, including plumbing and fixtures because of this company and Mr. Robledo who is a true professional at his craft. Thanks again to the wonderful team at Pacific Coast, I will keep you on speed dial and a special thanks to Mr. Robledo who comes through each and every time with world-class service.

This is my second review for this company and anyone with plumbing issues should definitely call Pacific Coast Home Services. I signed up for the program they offer and this meant that my second request did not cost me anything for them to come out and ID the issue. I had another old pipe leak and because I asked for the same professional Juan Robledo. It took him no time to locate the leak and it was fixed that very day. Having a plumber basically on call is such a relief, I now know that if another old pipe springs a leak, highly possible as my pipes are very old, I can call Pacific Coast and it will be taken care of immediately. Juan Robledo was again a delight to work with. He is very experienced and respectful of my home and patiently answered all my questions. I really respect the way he is able to explain the problem and how it should be fixed. You could not find a more professional or experienced team to trust your home repairs to and should I ever need their services again, I will be sure to ask for Juan Robledo by name.

First review: You could not do better than to hire Pacific Coast and their terrific team. My leak was very difficult and took time, patience and skill to find. It was also not an easy fix although Pacific Coast still gave me an extremely fair price. I was very fortunate to have been sent Juan Robledo who was incredibly professional and very careful with the infrastructure of my house. Juan was also personable, shared his expertise generously and provided world class service, a top notch professional. My experience with Nick at Electrica was fantastic. He was fast to respond, honest, communicative and stayed until the job was finished.

Work to be done -- I am preparing my finished garage to become my new home office. In order to do that I needed to add multiple power outlets on a new 20amp circuit along with a 30amp circuit for a mini split AC/Heat Pump to be installed later.

Experience -- Nick was able to come out and give me a quote very quickly. He offered a lot of expert advice to help in my decision process and helped me avoid some unnecessary spend. He was able to start work the very next day which was amazing. I work in tech, but have a lot of hands on experience working on my home and consider myself a knowledgeable consumer. I peppered Nick with questions during the installation process and he was glad to explain what he was doing and why. The workmanship and parts he used were all top quality. We ran into some roadblocks due to my home being older, but Nick came up with solid solutions and spent several extra hours to complete the project.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service experience, competitive pricing and final results. I will not hesitate to use Nick/Electrica again!

It was an impressive customer satisfaction I received. I was glad that the electrician exerted so much effort in dealing with my panel switch that needs replacement. He also told me what parts should be taken care of to avoid the problems, something related to the proper use of the panel switch. After an hour, it was all done perfectly. I thanked all the service they provided, they'll be my first pick the next time.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help.
