I decided before I reach out to my church I would reach out to an electrician to find the source of my flashing lights, dimming lights and the constant replacement of light bulbs. I have an older house (30yrs) and we have always had issues with fuse going out when we had too many things plugged in. The funny thing was it wasn't always in the same room. I did some research, read some reviews and called a few people. Main Street Electric was the only company who answered and was professional. Sad to see so many companies who don't know how to answer the phone. I explained all my issues. I had someone out within two days. They were great. We were able to detect the main box issues as well as running new lines to prevent overload. The price was reasonable and the gentleman was very friendly. For now, my church is off the hook - no ghost!

Dmitry (and his partner Dmitry!) were just, awesome. They went above and beyond in every way.

I hired ARSEN to add a few outlets and circuits. During the estimate Dmitry went out of his way (1 hr+) to explain the fundamentals of the circuit to be installed and what kind of setup would be needed to support the various devices that would be powered by the new outlets. It was abundantly clear that he understood the nuances of the installation to do it correctly and safely.

Dmitry and Dmitry worked non-stop and finished the install in a day, all while accommodating my questions and specific requests along the way.

Despite a long day of hard work, they still made time at the end to ensure the space was cleaned up properly and that their work was tested thoroughly (and to even do me a favor of drilling a hole for the security camera).

Truly great experience, and awesome folks. Highly recommended.

I had lost power to my garage and was nervous to find a reliable electrical company. I called Safety First and the office staff was very nice and helped calm me down and reassured me they could fix it in a timely manner. The tech showed up and walked me through my issue and how he would fix it. He got power back fairly quickly and offered to do a safety check of the house and panel. He pointed out some areas that need to be addressed and we have scheduled them for another visit. I’m very happy with his performance and can’t wait to fix all of these issues. Highly recommend.

Quotes you bogus pricing and estimates work they only half way did. Company also goes by a few different names so be aware. I was made to believe I needed all types of unnecessary work after my outlets stopped working. Only to do 20 mins of work and charge me $450 for applying electrical tape!!

Jeff did an amazing job installing recessed lights and ceiling fans in our house. It took 3 days to finish the job and we're super happy with his quality of work. The framing in our house is weird but Jeff found a way to make it work with the switches he installed. Danielle was super helpful in picking the right lights for us and confirming that the fans we picked will work. Thank you both!
