Electric Heroes San Jose did some electrical maintenance in my home and I was extremely satisfied with their work. They were friendly and professional, showing up on time and completing the job in a timely manner. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why it was necessary, so that I could have a better understanding of my electrical system. The electricians from Electric Heroes San Jose also made sure the safety protocols. From start to finish, they were professional and reliable. Their attention to detail was top-notch and their prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable electrician!

We had 3 different people come to our house from Pacific Coast Home Services — Andrew for electrician needs, Augus to inspect our HVAC, and Raymond to explain our HVAC options for fixes / upgrades / replacements. Each was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and on time. They all took care to wear masks in the house and covered their shoes before entering. Booking with PCHS was a breeze - just call them up! And we got plenty of notification that our visits were confirmed, when our technicians were headed our way, etc. While we have yet to decide on whether we will use their services (still waiting on another electrician estimate), we felt very well taken care of and would trust PCHS to do the jobs we need.

We compared quotes and had appointments from about a handful of different companies in the area and ended up booking with Fuse. The initial appointment was very detailed and they provided different options of what we were looking for. Pricing was also comparable to others. We wanted something energy efficient, quiet and a filter installed in the systems. They were thorough and clear on what we needed to do to prep for the major overhaul of our furnace and AC.Our technician Dave was very courteous and meticulous. Him and his partner, Bolt were extremely efficient! The bad weather caused a little delay but they got the job done! Dave asked about the times that would work best for us and communicated well with us each day/time they were coming out. All the work is done to code and Dave tested the units multiple times to make sure everything was running correctly. They also made sure to clean up each time they came out. Both Dave and Bolt worked throughout the day and into the evenings to ensure our heat was properly installed and we were comfortable.The process from initial booking, install and signing/payment was very easy and clear. They’re responsive, professional and detailed. Highly recommend Fuse!

On the first day of CA Shelter and Place, my heater decided to quite, it was a very cold day, but I found Fuse HVAC, they booked my a same day appointment, their technician Chirill came on time, identified the issue and fixed it the very next day. Fast forward, 8 months later, my heater suddenly acted up again, the flame was turning on and off every several seconds. It's a Sunday afternoon, I called Fuse HVAC, prepared to hear the voicemail and leave a message, and was really surprised when Alec picked up the phone, he told me their schedule was fully booked in the next 4 days, but he would contact Chirill and let me know if he could squeeze me in. Less than an hour later, he called me and confirmed Chirill would come on Monday. Chirill arrived, again on time, upon inspection, he identified the issue was caused by a blocking of air intake which lead to furnace overheat, he fixed it, AND didn't charge me, even though it is after 6 months' warrantee period. I'm SO impressed by how professional and customer centric they are, both Chirill and Alec and the company they represent. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC Repair. You may find some companies can do good job and charge fair price, but how many of them can have live/friendly person answer your phone every time, even on a Sunday afternoon, is willing to squeeze you in their schedule, and their technicians are always on time, knowledgeable, considerate, and never try to make money off of you?
