Best Outdoor Plumbing System Repair in San Jose CA

Amazing!! I've NEVER experienced outstanding service like this from a electrician. We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called Electric Heroes to come and look at it. Carlos came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job. We are very happy with the now-functional light fixture. We will definitely recommend them.

The UV light in my furnace doesn't work after their installation. They sent someone to inspect it and they said that they will call me to schedule a replacement. NEVER HAPPENED.

I called them back three days later and the lady who answered the phone said she needs to look things up and she'll give me a call back. NEVER HAPPENDED.

I called again two days later and they finally scheduled a technician visiting, which also DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I called three times the day I should've gotten a visit and no one knows what was happening. Everyone that answered the phone said I'll have to contact my manager and give you a call back. Guess what, these call backs NEVER HAPPEN!

I've double checked with them on my phone number, which is correct.

It is sarcastically funny that they work so diligently when they are installing the systems and giving out suggestions to update your home, or, when they are trying to get you pay them. But when it comes to post-sale service, it seems that their passion of work just disappeared.

This is a company that you can really count on and trust. They upgraded my panel. Now I can install an electrical charger which I will request them to install. Their rates are reasonable. The electrician is a perfectionist. After the installation, they placed everything back as it was.

I have only positive things to say about this company's staff. You can count on this organization for quick response times, transparent, affordable pricing, and top-notch service and installation expertise. The workers were professional and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. They will receive my suggestion for any local residents in need of HVAC work. Great experience all around.
