My outdoor GFCI outlet was broken. Rafael did great job in locating the problem and he explained his job clearly and kept his work area clean . I think his service is 5 stars. The only drawback was the service charge was very high. That’s the reason I didn’t give 5 stars to the overall rating. Also I was told that the office was going to email me the receipt but I haven’t received it yet since the job was done 5 days ago. I think the receipt should have been issued right after I paid.

I had several electrical wiring problems and was readying my house for inspection and sale. I needed some competent electrical services immediately and texted Fast Handy Electric early in the morning. David Escobar and Edwin Sanchez arrived in their fully equipped service van within an hour. They quickly diagnosed and repaired several issues. I told them I was preparing for an inspection and they walked through my house, checking everything. They fixed a number of problems, that required installation of conduit and replacement of all exterior GFIs as well as a hidden junction box that had a broken ground wire. They were FAST and professional and capable.

Jay came in to replace a busted GFCI outlet and did a great job, he explained the process, quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to get the GFCI replaced in a timely manner. I had Dollens come out to bid on installing a standby generator and they were friendly, on time, and professional. They walked me through options, explained what they were looking out and why and asked lots of follow up questions to make sure i was getting a bid for everything i wanted and needed.

After I phoned the electrician, he told me to meet him at the shop in half an hour. I was relieved because my broken fan needed to be replaced immediately. He arrived to my place, fixed the fan in a short amount of time, and charged me a fair price.

The technician they sent literally came to our rescue after we had tried to install a new light fixture ourselves and lost power to all of the wall outlets. They are a very responsive service, and you can tell they care about the job being done right. We will call them first next time. No more DIY electrical for us.
