It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable when troubleshooting old problems from less capable electricians who were here for prior owners. Installed a new outlet in my hardwood floor that looks beautiful along with solving our where to put the lamp problem. Lastly wired up a cat6 network allowing us to move our router/hub into a closet off my desk.

Very professional. I hired them to install recess lighting in my living room. They gave me a quote over the phone based on my description of the property. They arrived on time and installed six recessed lights with a dimmer switch in less than two hours. Cleaned up real good after all the work and left us happy. Paul did a great job of configuring & adding outlets for us! He explained everything really well, and went over options, so that we were able to get everything arranged exactly the way we wanted it. He even told us where to dig a trench ahead of time, so that we could save some money if we wanted to. Additionally he checked on old knob and tube wiring underneath my house that had been a concern, and made sure that it was entirely disconnected and safe. He communicates really well, and is very professional. Highly recommended!!!

Lenny upgraded our electrical panel and ran dedicated lines to kitchen appliances as part of our kitchen and bathroom remodel project. He is very organized and thorough in his work. He does not cut corners and tries to do things the right way even if it causes him more work. We were so happy with his work that we told our contractor to not install lights and switches and asked Lenny to do that instead.

Horrible experience. Anyone know a good electrician to come out and re do the work I paid these guys for that became defective the first year? It was outside electrical boxes for lighting out back. It blows fuses and shorts out whenever it rains. Customer service, they do not have any except they are happy to come out and get more money to do another lousy job. worst experience with a contractor that I can remember.

Carlos was excellent from start to finish. His quote was detailed and broke down all the parts and labor. He was diligent and careful with our house and working with the other drywall contractors. He was flexible enough to add some additional work as needed when we decided to do some extra work while he was there. We also did extra work with him partly because we could see how well his work was going. His estimates in labor time and parts were very close to final price and I appreciated his experience and clear communication. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

It was easy to use to find location

Had issues with random flickering lights in the whole house, which the electrician believed to be due to corrosion in the guts of the panel (30 mins). He recommended that I purchase a new panel to replace the guts, which I was lucky to find the part at the last minute and it was installed perfectly. Now no more flickering lights.
