Everything is still in process, but Eric showed up on time (after a courtesy-call heads-up) and was very thorough in his questions and examination. It was a good experience, which was a big relief after dreading this process for a while.

I called afternoon, and they booked my appointment to 9am the following day. Kelly arrived on time, was very professional and understanding! He tried to do his best to help me but he told me they need to get an approval from the oven company to change the wiring and to do further research to make sure I’m good to use it. He kept me posted about any news and then got a positive news and informed me immediately!
He only charged me for his time, very fair pricing. (I did my research and other companies wanted $300 just to come and look without even doing anything)

Definitely saving the number for future reference.

We have used Willow Glen Electric a couple of times. Both times they have been prompt, courteous, and thorough. We would highly recommend.

Our household woke up to a power surge at 3 am during a cold spell. The surge burned out nearly every light bulb in the house as well as two appliances.

I called JJ electric at 7 am, and Jay arrived at 8 am. He restored power to the house, used diagnostic tools, and explained the electricity status of both the townhome and the complex it is in. We have original wiring from the 1960s, and it isn't exactly stable. One household member relies on 24/7 oxygen, so having power issues is more threatening to us than most households. Jay was attentive to the oxygen issue and Covid precautions were taken.

Jay advised us on ideal appliance location, so as not to overload the circuits. He installed another breaker on the indoor fuse panel, and now our power is more stable. He was also able to repair an outlet that had been broken for over 10 years, a service that was not part of our original call.

All the services were performed very quickly, on an emergency basis, and now our electricity is more stable than it has ever been, which reduces our fire risk. The cost for all of this was more than reasonable. We are very happy with JJ Electric; our service call could not have gone better.

Ben was fantastic. He assessed the dilemma I was having with my microwave and all the outlets in the kitchen. He explained well and suggested a answer at the end. Had such a positive experience I hired Ben to return and install some bathroom vanity lights in a couple weeks!

Russell provided us with excellent service, and correctly fixed the problem with our oven. He first diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts required. When the parts had arrived, he came again promptly, replaced the defective part and left everything clean and tidy. I recommend him 100%

Electrician staff are all well trained, courteous and professional. They did an excellent job replacing ceiling fans throughout my home. Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently and they left the area clean. All electricians know their job well which makes them a pleasure to deal with. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use this company again.

Update 9/2020 - Upgraded some thermostat wiring for me with a difficult routing. Professional and quick.

Update - Jason and Josh again came through for me. In the midst of a heat wave, they were able to come to the other end of the county and fix an electrical problem at my mother's house. Got the outlets for the portable AC and lift chair back working and made the wiring safer to boot.

Original - Could not ask for better. Jason installed a new 40 amp circuit and an EVo charger for our car. (No more slow 110 charging. Yeah!) While working in our breaker panel he noted a dangerous situation left by a previous contractor who upgraded our air conditioning.

(Side note kind of disappointing the inspector didn't notice that the other contractor put in a bigger breaker on a wire that was too small. Luckily the wire insulation had just started to bubble and it didn't catch fire.)

Within a week they were able to fit us in to replace the faulty circuit as well as rewire our garage lighting to eliminate some creative but scary runs of extension cords and re-purposed outlets. Now I have bright lights and when I look up, I don't see wires draped everywhere.

We connected with Jason of Dollens Electric through our equally excellent general contractor Dan Mackey. (Who by the way had nothing to do with the faulty circuit or the creative garage lighting.)

Lastly a thank you to Jason's son Josh who got to do the crawling under the house.

The electricians replaced a main breaker Outside panel, installed new breaker panel for two out buildings. Installed light switches and outlets for two garages and ran power from main outside panel to outbuildings.along with trenching. In addition installed or replaced 6 outside light fixtures. They did a superb project in all aspects of the timely and Quality service. satisfied.

I was having a problem with my fan and called this electrician. He came out to fix it in half an hour, despite me being under his time limit. I appreciate that he took the time to come fix my problem and I would recommend him for any fan repair needs you may have in the future.

I've been using this local electrician for the last few years. They are really good at their job, the best in the area. They have always been reliable, not only at installing my lights during construction but also repairing them when they break. Their work is of high quality and they even charge a fair price for it!
