I was very impressed with the customer service in execution of my EV charger installation. These guys are really great. I submitted my deposit on Sunday night and had my charger installation scheduled the following morning. Lightning fast! They are really investing resources to be the best service available. All these other electricians had weeks worth of appointments or made you second guess their education level. I would definitely use Willow Glen again. My only complaint would be on cost. They are expensive for 1hr worth of installation work. But in return you get top customer service, turn key coordination with permitting, all the paperwork, materials, and warranty.

The technicians that have come to the house have been kind and professional, but the whole company is unorganized. Our paperwork has been lost, they've sent out the wrong technicians, or promised technicians that didn't arrive, technicians have come without the parts they need, they've sent technicians without appointments, the office can't answer questions, or doesn't answer the phone, or drops calls when they do. It's been exhausting to work with them!

David came to give a free quote of AC FURNACE upgrade. Before he came, the auto reminder gives his background and picture. During the visit, he carefully inspect what’s needed and listen to my question. Recommended.

Great HVAC install and service

We hired Fuse HVAC repair to repair our dryer and fix our stovetop. They responded and scheduled their visit promptly. The dryer is stacked so they had to send two technicians. Both Leo and Alex came on time. They were very professional. They were able to identify and solve both issues. I highly recommend working with this company.
