We had our washing machine break over the weekend. It was showing all sorts of error codes that made me think something significant was broken - I had some experience looking at the trap / pressure switch, so I was worried when none of that worked for me. We had a stacked unit so I wasn't sure anyone would come to help. Hertzfield came the very next day and debugged my issue without even needing to remove the dryer. They were extremely clean, professional and polite during the process. They also gave me good information on next steps if something breaks again. Overall I'm super happy with the work and if something else breaks I will be calling them!

Horrible experience. Anyone know a good electrician to come out and re do the work I paid these guys for that became defective the first year? It was outside electrical boxes for lighting out back. It blows fuses and shorts out whenever it rains. Customer service, they do not have any except they are happy to come out and get more money to do another lousy job. worst experience with a contractor that I can remember.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED after initially being impressed.
Delta did a whole house re-wire for us a few months ago. The main electrician, Michael, did great work. He was professional, courteous, clean, and thorough. So, we hired Delta to come back and install 2 simple bathroom fans.
This time, however, our experience was MUCH different.
The Delta electrician left a huge mess in both bathrooms. They did not even attempt to clean up after themselves. We returned home to find drywall dust everywhere in the bathrooms, and a thin film of dust covering the rooms and hallways adjacent to the bathrooms.
In addition to the dust, the electrician left filthy handprints and pencil marks all over the ceilings.
When our landlord reached out to Delta to ask them to fix their shoddy work, Delta’s response was to dismiss the complaint and say it was our fault because we didn’t, essentially, move our toothbrushes.
I’m not kidding. They blamed all of the aforementioned poor cleanup effort on us not moving our small toothbrush caddy off the counter.
I have called and left several messages with the Delta office, as well as one of their project managers, and still no reply or follow up.
Still waiting... a week later.
If Delta will make this right, I am happy to base my review of 5 out of 5 stars on the whole house job they did for us, which was outstanding.

Outstanding job with a very difficult and unusual problem we were having more frequently: half of the lights in the house would flicker, then would stay off for a while, and then come back on. No explanation. Finally, we got the professionals over here and they figure out that the breaker and some wiring needed to be replaced. Now everything is working great.
