Receptionist was very professional when she answered the call. On the day of my appointment, I was given a 30 minute call before they arrived which was very helpful since I had an appointment elsewhere. When electrician arrived, he wore company logo uniform, came in company van and wore shoe covers! job was done by the next day since it was an install and my work schedule.

If Could give them 10 stars, I would. I have dealt with remodeling my home and Cliff was one of the most professional and honest people I’ve dealt with.

Willow Glen Electric did a great job installing a wall panel for me in my garage so that I can charge my Tesla at home. They were very professional, the workers that installed were very friendly and answered all my questions. They also took care of required city permit and inspection etc. Everyone was very friendly and considerate. I am completely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend Willow Glen Electric.

Excellent Electrician, he came out the day I called despite having a busy schedule. He fixed my melted fuse and checked everything thoroughly and made recommendations as well as suggested helpful improvements! He is extremely friendly and kind!

We recently worked with Bao yet again on our recessed lighting and media room project in our house. As always, Bao did all the work with great precision and thought. He is extremely honest and friendly and always willing to work with you on different options. He studied the layouts and proposed a couple options for each of the room layouts. Bao always creatively thinks about the best solutions and tries to make the least holes possible for the recess lighting. He also helped us hook up our projector and speakers and got our media room ready. We always appreciate working with Bao and are often ready to wait based on his availability. We would highly recommend working with him and his team.

After having this issue for weeks, I finally contacted the local electrician. He was able to come out and fix my fan within an hour and now it's working like new!

Electric Heroes team installed 240V outlet. The experience was amazing. Robert came out and provided a free estimate. The office followed up quickly to set up the install date. When I requested to pull in the date, the team put me on a wait list and then set up an appointment one week sooner. Robert contacted me in advance to say he was on his way. Dollens Electric did an excellent job finding & installing a new solar attic fan for me. They showed me online the fan they had selected, demonstrated how it ran before installing it & put it in the opening in my gable in 45 minutes. They did not try to sell me things I did not want. I did not feel pressured to buy other things from them. If I have other electrical work I will definitely call them.
