Everything is still in process, but Eric showed up on time (after a courtesy-call heads-up) and was very thorough in his questions and examination. It was a good experience, which was a big relief after dreading this process for a while.

I have used Edwin for over 10 years and the level of experience and fearlessness to tackle on any electrical issue in my property is amazing I manage a mobile home park and he has definitely been my go to electrician not even major companies are willing to troubleshoot the things he has done. I definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

I 1st met Shane & his crew when my commercial space in Morgan Hill was being readied for city inspection. If it wasn't for their expertise & involvement with the project we would've never satisfied the City/State requirements. I have since used them for several other jobs & they are one of the most reliable, dependable, communicative, & quality contractors that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. For my electrical needs, they are the ONLY contractor I'd consider using!!!! I highly recommend them...

Had 5 recessed lights installed by Electric Heroes. They courteously called to let me know when they were delayed. Did a fantastic job exactly to specs and expectations and cleaned up neatly after. In a prior job, they took care of completely wiring (lights and outlets) our newly finished attic. We would definitely call them again in the future.

Obtained around 6 different quotes for a rather complicated installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage (from an outside panel, through about 30’ of attic to the garage) for an EV charger. Their quote was extremely competitive with the others but the people really made the decision for me. Everyone from the receptionist, to the office manager, to the owner and the installers gave 5 star service and were a pleasure to work with. The work looks great and I have no doubt will pass city inspection shortly (here in Las Vegas). Highly recommend.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

Outstanding job with a very difficult and unusual problem we were having more frequently: half of the lights in the house would flicker, then would stay off for a while, and then come back on. No explanation. Finally, we got the professionals over here and they figure out that the breaker and some wiring needed to be replaced. Now everything is working great.

After an arduous journey to find the right electrician, and a horrible experience with another company, we found Mr. Electric. Our business has recessed lights on very high ceilings and we needed all of them replaced with LED lights. Our electricians kept us informed, were punctual, professional and the quality of their work was second to none. On top of that, they were priced reasonably! So grateful for the great work!
