Hired company to install a controller for existing LED Tape. Technician did not realize that LED Tape already had electric connected to it (though I repeated it at least four times) and installed additional DC voltage going into the RGB, likely shorting the LED tapes altogether. Main Stream was not able to finish job just stating tape probably is faulty. Very nice and courteous guys, but just didn't know enough about installing controllers for LED Tapes.

Had 5 recessed lights installed by Electric Heroes. They courteously called to let me know when they were delayed. Did a fantastic job exactly to specs and expectations and cleaned up neatly after. In a prior job, they took care of completely wiring (lights and outlets) our newly finished attic. We would definitely call them again in the future.

Juan Conchas was the project lead for replacing the electrical panel, running dedicated circuits, labeling the electrical panel and installing smoke detectors. Juan represented Pacific Coast Electric and Heating with professionalism and respect. Juan made sure I understood the work to be performed and made sure, actually encouraged I asked questions or bring up any concerns I might have. I feel confident the finished work is completed to spec and don’t expect any issues as I experienced previously with the old panel. Iraj and Amin are intelligent and skillful technical guys, they are not just technicians.  They have both the experiences,hands-on skills, and also good knowledge. Most of all, they have a good integrity, and are honest, sympathetic people. The two are very good partners, and cooperate very well with each other, and that add a lot of efficiency.

I have a almost 60 years of old house, which has no grounding, and some outlets are not safe and burnt.  They implemented one 12 feet new grounding bar, two new circuits, and 22 3-prongs outlets, each connected to the water pump or grounding source of power panel, with tree of them are GFCI standard,in one and half a day.

They gave me a black Friday deal for everything, knowing that I lost
my job, and I am a a person always want to bless other, instead of taking advantage of it.
So I told them that I will send them expensive gift as once I got employed again.

I think they  have worked so hard for my home not just for the purpose of money, and most of all, they want to keep their promise and integrity, and build-up their reputation.

The only thing I would say as a con is because they have good business, and they might take a break before finish the job for some other urgent need, and then come back to finish it.

I also have been cooperative with them by drawing a complete map of my house, including all the outlet location in all the rooms, so to save their time, and my time.

I will use them for my next electrical system enhancement, and will recommend them to my friends.

I have used Jeff Wade for several years, he is the only electrican I trust, I know if I am in need of an electrial repair he will do it, and when he is finished I don't worry, I know the job is done to code! I never have trouble booking an appointment Danielle will get me in line as soon as possible, this is a great company, I look around this house and I am thankful I came in touch with such reliable people. I used Don Wade, Jeff's dad many years ago, and since Don retired Jeff has been the only guy I will call when I have electrical needs. He's the best in the west!

Super high cost and didn’t fully fix things.

They came to my place two years ago to do a panel replacement. Since they replaced the panel, a lot of the breakers kept tripping and so I was suggested to re-wire the circuits that were tripping and was guaranteed that the trippings won’t happen again. Cost me thousands of dollars and three entire months to finish this project.

Two years later, the circuits start tripping again and when I ask them out to check things out, they said it would cost me 1250 dollars just to do a diagnosis. When I told them that they promised me that this wouldn’t happen again they just responded with “well we heard you but it is what it is”

They installed my HVAC system as well two years ago. The brand new HVAC system breaks two years later due to some installation issue. Even the technician repaired it said the quality of work is pretty meh. The HVAC system cost me 13k. Thank god it is still under warranty otherwise god knows how much money these guys would charge me to fix what they shouldn’t break.

These guys would bring you seemingly good service before you pay, after they got the money, good luck to you.

So glad I found these guys they do a great job. They came to my house the day before a holiday. They quickly solved my lighting issues. They also found a different lighting issue that I did not even know about. They fixed that as well. 5 star service all the way.

Brian and Eric are very good. They know what they're doing, and are easy to get along with. Our project finished 3 days late but, for an initial estimate of 4 weeks, that's quite impressive. One heads-up is their preference to work later in the day, contrary to my previous stereotype of the early-to-rise contractor. Brian manages projects well: he uses contracts and online billing, and is very reasonable when resolving issues or changes to the plan. Overall, I'm happy to recommend them.

Trent was great to work with, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable on how to diagnose my electrical problems. He quickly found the root cause of the open ground problem. Would recommend Trent to any prospective clients!

Very friendly, reasonable cost. Mike did some work on a 220 EV charging outlet a couple years ago that ran into some trouble again last week. He stopped by the next day (a Sunday) and repaired the issue at no cost or materials, even when I offered. The service, availability, and cost were worth 5 stars, but standing by work from several years ago is why he's now the Electrician in my phone.

Tim was amazing! Impeccable work, prompt, explained everything in detail, and was able to handle a huge project on his own. In fact, he worked extra hours into the early evening to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction.
