We had a faulty circuit breaker and decided to try Dalcon. Omar was able to come out the next day and fixed it quickly for $125. He was very nice and took the time to explain how the panel works to us, which was also very helpful!

Great email communications regarding steps, expectations, and permit process. Crew was professional and prompt. Job was 200A upgrade with customer provided panel and breakers. Performed minor siding repair as needed, above expectations. Crew worked late and dealt with unexpected / unfamiliar Leviton equipment patiently. Would use for many future projects.

What a great experience! Jay answered the phone and came by to look at the job (adding a power outlet behind a television on a wall, so the tv cords won't be visible). Jay came up with a way to do it with no wall patch-up work needed, quoted it and got back to me within an hour. He was just finishing another job and fit me in same day! He came when expected, did the job with his partner, cleaned up and moved furniture back. He was very nice and professional and had good ideas about a future project.

I called them and they were out same day within a few hours. Brayan did an excellent job explaining everything to me and when the power had gone out and wasn't coming back on. The circuit had been disconnected because the wires weren't fully connected making it an open circuit. After he closed it and corrected the wires everything worked perfectly. Really happy with the quality of work and willingness to explain everything.

A few things around the house (A/C, dishwasher, lights flickering...) stopped working within a few days from what it seemed to be an inability from the system to draw too much power, although it would be hard to pin point what it was exactly since each of them was in different circuits.
I contacted Pacific Coast and they sent Michael Merritt. He arrived on-time and was very professional. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to help me with the issue. My electrical panel is very old (30+ years), but Mike instead of just saying I need to replace it (which is very expensive) and write a report, he took the time to look at each of the affected systems in detail. It turns out that with a few adjustments (new fuse, tightening some wiring connections) everything is back to normal. He was also very patient answering all my questions and he did not charge anything since according to him everything was just minor adjustments. It is clear that in the long run I will have to replace my electrical panel, but now I can plan that with time instead of rushing it. I will definitely use PC again for any electrical issues in the house.

I had a situation where I needed an electrician and I called this company. Their response was prompt and professional. The electrician they sent was very experienced and efficient with the job. He solved all my electricity related issues quickly and at a reasonable price.

JMC specializes in hot tubs. We had them hook up a hot tub that we purchased through a local dealer. The quote was fair, very clearly spelled out what was and was not included in the the hookup, a 50 amp GFCI using a new subpanel replacing an older 30 amp circuit on a 60 amp subpanel. When the hot tub dealer informed us that the tub would be delivered in 24 hours, JMC was able to work us into the schedule to show up the same day as the delivery (we gave them 24 hours notice). The breaker provided by the hot tub dealer didn't work, and the electrician doing the work had to wait for them to reopen the next morning, picked up a new breaker, and we were up and running within a few hours. The GFCI was thoroughly tested, the electrician was friendly and told me everything he was doing. He also picked up a part not included in the quote and installed it at my request (110V outlet hanging off of the panel). Very VERY happy with their work, fully intend to have them out to do more work on our house.

Jeff did an amazing job installing recessed lights and ceiling fans in our house. It took 3 days to finish the job and we're super happy with his quality of work. The framing in our house is weird but Jeff found a way to make it work with the switches he installed. I called the service to set up an appointment for someone to give me an estimate on replacing my main service panel. The person that took the appointment wrote down the wrong phone number. After they were 2 hours late I called and no one answered the phone. The person that called back had a caller ID that did not say Delta electric so I let it go to voicemail. When I found out who it was I called them right back immediately once again they did not answer so I left a message. 24 hours passed with no phone call back so I left another message. Still no phone call this company will not be getting my business, if you can't answer the phone or keep a simple appointment imagine what the work is going to be like.
