Dalcon Electric is a company that you can really count on and trust. They upgraded my panel. Now I can install an electrical charger which I will request them to install. Their rates are reasonable. The electrician Raphael Romero is a perfectionist. After the installation, they placed everything back as it was.

Nice people. It did take a long time for them to get the correct permit for our electric panel upgrade but the job was done with the city's approval. They charged us with the promised quote and no hidden charges like some companies would. The people in the office are very nice.
I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the many mistakes in the permit process.

Electric Heroes team installed 240V outlet. The experience was amazing. Robert came out and provided a free estimate. The office followed up quickly to set up the install date. When I requested to pull in the date, the team put me on a wait list and then set up an appointment one week sooner. Robert contacted me in advance to say he was on his way. He showed up right on time. He asked questions to make sure the install was done the way I wanted. The work was completed early with no mess. Robert was professional and polite. I would highly recommend using Electric Heroes.

The electrician was an excellent worker, competent, and quick. I would highly suggest him for any electrical work since he did such an excellent job installing the light fixture.

These guys are so uncoordinated. One guy came and gave us an estimate and the technician who came didn’t know that he had to order specific parts so we had to reschedule. When he came to fix the ducts he didn’t check that the heating and furnace works or maybe he checked b it after he left now the furnace doesn’t work. A second estimator came and claimed that the wires were mixed up. Obviously he didn’t know what he was talking about as the furnace had been working fine since 2010. Then he said the circuit board had to be replaced. So now I have the original fix which was for $650 and another $1000 circuit board repair. I feel the technicians are very amateur and don’t know what they are doing.

Jeff did an amazing job installing recessed lights and ceiling fans in our house. It took 3 days to finish the job and we're super happy with his quality of work. The framing in our house is weird but Jeff found a way to make it work with the switches he installed. Danielle was super helpful in picking the right lights for us and confirming that the fans we picked will work. Thank you both!

Nick is a very nice and professional electrician!

I contacted him about the circuit breaker issue in my house. Instead of directly quoting me, Nick first remotely diagnosed the issue and proposed two possible root causes free of charge. Turns out the problem can be simply fixed by pressing the reset button on the outlet. Nick did not charge me for anything, and saved me from the trouble.

Such a nice person! I will surely come to him next time when I need some electrical help. Highly recommend!

The absolute best! I contacted them Monday and spoke with Donna (who is wonderful, and very responsive). They were able to come out on Tuesday to do a quote, and performed the work Thursday. So quick and professional. And, they were early to their appointment on Thursday. Such a great experience! I will absolutely use them in the future.

Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.

The technician they sent literally came to our rescue after we had tried to install a new light fixture ourselves and lost power to all of the wall outlets. They are a very responsive service, and you can tell they care about the job being done right. We will call them first next time. No more DIY electrical for us.
