I called pacific coast home services due to some clogged drain issues in my home . Call center answered immediately & was very helpful and professional . They got me an appointment for the same day/night . They sent out their licensed techs , Juan Robledo & Rafael Jr. , who took their time and fully explained the issue . All of my drains were with a blockage . They came out at 9pm , used a complimentary camera inspection & had the issue fixed in under an hour . Not only was the issue resolved but they left my house clean !!!! I’m overall very happy with the service PCHS provided .

I had Wade and Son do 2 jobs for me in the last year. Running electrical service to an out building and then replacing our homes main service panel with a solar ready panel. The work on both jobs was competitively priced, done in a timely manner, and no issues or problems with the work since completion. As an aside, the solar installer commented on how well the main panel was installed and wired. I have one more electrical project to be completed, and Wade and Son will be doing it. I am very satisfied with their work.

We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling!
