Russell provided us with excellent service, and correctly fixed the problem with our oven. He first diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts required. When the parts had arrived, he came again promptly, replaced the defective part and left everything clean and tidy. I recommend him 100%

Three completed projects

We have had Dollens complete 3 projects for us. The first was a field solar installation. The sale was professionl and accurate..no unexpected additional charges were incurred. The project was completed on schedule and very well done..We are really enjoying paying only a minimal amount for electric service. We were so happy with this company that when we decided to do a kitchen remodel (complete) and then upgrade our old and faulty electrical panel we again had Dollens perform the work. They completed the upgrades we needed in a timely, courteous manner and answered all our questions and concerns. It is truely a pleasure working with this company and their staff was great.

Paul is one of those contractors who gets there when he says he will, stays within or under the cost of his estimate, and does the work like he says he will. He can be absolutely trusted and on top of that he's a really nice guy. I've had him do work on my home twice and I'm completely satisfied. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Doug, Henry's assistant was very efficient, neat and got the job done well. He noticed items that we had not thought of, but that were obviously in need of updating. All in all, we feel safer and that is a big relief. The job was done well too, and the price was reasonable.

Electrician investigated problem and let me know scope. He also recommended - but did not push - additional measures to protect the house. Great experience.

We had a repair call and almost a week after the diagnosis, they could not give us the cost estimate for repair. All calls and emails are not returned. Disappointed. Used to be great. Not sure why this is happening, they seem not sensitive to customers who desperately need help. This review is meant to call for owners attention whom I could not reach.

Literally theee BEST appliance/service company in the bay area. Extremely knowledgeable and take their time in trying to understand what is wrong with the appliance.

I had contacted the co. in-regards to my built-in refrigerator as it wasn't getting cold anymore. Prior to calling them I had the horrendous service from Sears Home Services.. what a nightmare.

But these guys, Fuse HVAC Repair, what a blessing in the sky. I believe the guy's name was Sergey, he came in, diagnosed the the fridge, and explained everything with detail of what he believed was the issue.

I went ahead and agreed to have it repaired.. (oh by the way, did I mention they will guarantee their work for 1 year?!!!)

A week later, parts came in and they were back repairing the fridge. They even showed me the old broken part vs. what the new part looked like. Night and day.

Hands down DO NOT HESITATE to go with these guys. Go with these guys. 1 million percent you won't regret it.

When I called at midday, I was prepared to wait a day or two. I described the problem I was having with my home's electrical connection. The same day, I was added to the schedule. The team started working at 1:30, assessed the issue, provided me with a cost estimate, and finished the task by 2:30. How much better can it possibly be? The technician would be that person. The staff was friendly and competent, and I appreciate all they did to brighten my day. They are excellent. I'm grateful.

I was very happy with this company. Mickey was very responsive when we requested an estimate. They arrived on time and laid down protection for my counter top and floor. I was worried when I found out the counter top had to be cut but Mickey was prepared and he had my range slid in place with little mess that they went on to clean up. Definitely recommend will calling them for future projects.

Couldn't ask for better service. This is the first contractor I've had come out, explain the options, tell me what they're going to do, and then do it exactly right, and not leave a mess of some kind.
