They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

AMAZING!!! SPS were HONEST, prompt & efficient. For a water heater repair other Plumbers in the Almaden valley would either say that it's hard to find the parts and it would take 2-3 weeks to get them, one clearly mentioned that he wouldn't bother for a repair, he would only do replacement, some other said said that it would cost $1,500(!) for the repair...outrageous...Basically, they were all pushing towards a new Heater (easy money...) charging between $3,000-$8,000. Thankfully I had also booked an appointment with SPS, Ruben was prompt, professional, he said that he could make the repair, he had the parts handy(!) (contrary to the others who said it would 2-3 weeks to find the parts..what a hideous joke!) and he was upfront to mention that because my Whirlpool heater is old, it would probably need to be replaced in 2-3 years, but the repair is good for now. And they only charged for the cost of a K, Burner Assembly plus labor at Market Hourly rate...my jaw dropped!!! How can it be that other Plumbers are so dishonest and just want to rip you off??? SPS Plumbers I am truly impressed with your professionalism and Honesty!!!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday with our shower. Did a little triage on the phone and i sent a video of the issue with the supply valve. Den made it out within 2 hours of our conversation, explained what he was going to do and took care of business. He replaced the supply valve for the shower and explained what he did, let me check over the work. I was impressed he had good COVID protocol. Always had a mask and wore gloves. Left the worksite clean and asked me if i wanted to keep any of the old piping material. I did not and he took it all with him. Wonderful work on short notice. 5/5, would call on them again.

A guy from this company came to clean my house sewer pipe to the street section which belongs to the city of Cupertino. It should be cleaned every year since the tree roots grows into it. When I looked into the sewer pipe opening, I saw spider webs spanning across the diameters of the sewer pipe with tree leaves on it. It is normal since the pipe opening cover (with air holes) was not opened for a year and spiders like the safe place to live. The guy then pull down a buck of water into the sewer pipe, waited for 30 seconds, and then put the drain cover back. I said, wait, you need to clean the pipe using snake. He said, I already cleaned it. I then said, It is impossible since I saw spider webs with leaves in the the pipe. How do the spider webs insider the pipe survive the snake? He said, snake can go through the spider . Come on, this is a 4 inch wide pipe, a professional snake with a 3 inch steel blades should destroy anything on its way. The spider webs inside the openings should be completely gone if he really did his job. He then said, do you want me to clean it again? I will charge you the second time. What? He obviously did not do it in the first place, and now he want to charge me twice? What a cheating company! The thing is, this section of pipe belongs to city of Cupertino. This company wants to charge the city twice for one service job. City of Cupertino gets ripped of by this Abjdd plumbing company. I will report to the city and the city should find another reputable plumbing company for it's contract work. Period.

He did a great job of troubleshooting my dead receptacle circuit. He found and fixed the problem when another electrician could not.

Excellent job. Super responsive with questions and concerns. The technicians are profession, knowledgable, provide great work. After each job, I get an job summary with photos. All billing are done via computer and it was fast, smooth, and easy. We had a little hiccup with existing pipe. plumbers couldn't fix the issue and Fuse came and installed alternate PVC pipe and fixed the issue less than an hour. Fuse have better tools than the plumbers.
