If I could give 6 stars I would. I am a commercial property manager for a high end hair salon. Our power went out in all of our studios and I contacted Art who got back to me right away even though I could hear on the phone how busy he was and he made a same day appointment within a couple of hours from my original call! He has very very fair pricing and great communication! I am out of town so he called and spoke to me on the phone about everything he was doing and also sent text/ videos to help prevent it from happening again! He also does a lot of other services which we will definitely be using in the future!! Thank you again you and your company are a blessing!!

Eddie is incredible. We had an emergency panel repair need and Pge turned off power. I sent Eddie photos and explained our problem and he made time to squeeze us in that day. He is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable electrician with impressive problem solving skills and work arounds and he also know his way around the ever changing policies of SF and PGE. We had to have a meter base replaced, not as simple as one would think. He is my go to electrician now and I highly recommend him.

All Bay Solar is the crew that you want if you want a fair priced roof and solar installation done right. I hired All Bay Solar to tear off my 30+ year old roof and replace it with a solar reflective roof along with 4.735kW of SunPower A-Series Panels and an upgraded 200A service panel. Like any construction job there were surprises and unexpected developments that came up but when they did, Carlos, the owner, took responsibility for ensuring that my expectations were met or exceeded. He and his crew were at my house for 4-5 days and we developed a good level of trust.

All Bay Solar is the contractor that you want to work at your house during COVID. They have done a great job training their crew to take proper precautions and wear face coverings while on the job. Given how hot it is up on the roof during the day that is really impressive. He also proactively had his entire crew COVID tested when someone at their company came in close contact with someone who had tested positive. They are responsible and organized and take the risks of COVID seriously.

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.

I was satisfied with the service provided by Electrical Land. Their dispatcher was professional and very helpful. The electrician was clear in everything he did and explained everything I needed to know as he repaired my panel breaker that won't stay on. I appreciated his excellent service. Highly recommended. I had Todor and his team install a 240V line and connection box out to a sauna. We started assessing the project over a video call - a convenient option in these times. My job was a little more complicated, so Todor come by in-person to get some more details for an estimate - which came in a little lower than a second estimate I received.

On the day of the job, Todor's team arrived as scheduled, did great work, and left everything cleaned up. Todor came by afterwards to show me how all the switches and connections worked.

Works very fast, and they're very attentive to detail. I initially requested a quote for a Tesla Wall Connector installation where they ask for photos of my main breaker, sub breaker if any and location of where I want the Wall Connector installed. They replied back with a reasonable quote that covers the permit and fees associated with it. Jaime Flores, the technician, then came on my scheduled appointment and explained to me what he needed to do. All done great!

Electrical Land expertly repaired my panel switch that doesn't reset today. Their electrician came here on time and did such great work. He executed it completely to the highest standard at a very affordable rate. He did his best and exerted more effort. I highly recommend Electrical Land to all my friends and relatives who need the same service.
