Todor, Jose, and Teo were remarkably professional. Punctual down to the minute. The team set expectations clearly and were will to explain the context of repair and rewire, which helped me understand what we needed to do. They were considerate as well—took off or covered shoes inside, covered my furniture when cutting wall, answered texts and questions quickly. I was grateful Teo crawled through a tiny crawl space to help me avoid putting too many holes in the wall for new grounded wires. Todor gave insight to technique, articulated value fairly, stuck to the timeline exactly, and is a master of his craft. This team is extremely experienced with Victorians wired w old nob and tube. Will be reaching out again. Highly recommend.

We reached out on a weekend, expecting to hear back from them on Monday, but Todor followed up immediately to schedule a meeting and he showed up right on time.

We knew we wanted recessed lights in 3 rooms, but weren't sure exactly how to lay them out -- we expected we might need to hire an interior designer, but Todor patiently reviewed the space and provided great product and layout suggestions!

The team did a fantastic job with the installation. They showed up right on time each day, measured meticulously and asked us for feedback along the way.

There were no pricing surprises or overruns -- on the contrary, we threw a few new projects at them as we went along and they handled them gracefully, with fair pricing adjustments.

We needed a bathroom exhaust fan to be replaced. We contacted Electro-Integrity and got an immediate response with a cost estimate. The work was performed a week later. They arrived at the agreed to time, did the installation, and left. Everything was first class and done as expected. A 5 star performance. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I have used Electro-Integrity for many projects over the last 10 years, from a large project (re-wiring an entire condo to remove knob and tube) to installing an EV charger. His crew's work is always up to my high standards, and Todor is great at explaining what needs to be done, and why, and any options you might have. Highly recommended.

I am a housing provider in San Francisco. I have used Electro-Integrity to do several jobs including electrical work for kitchen and bathroom renovations, outside lighting, electric vehicle charging. I always have them pull permits for the work they do, and they always pass inspections first time. The owner, Todor, is very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. I especially appreciate that Todor keeps me in the loop at every step of the project. I never am left wondering what is going on. I have complete confidence that his crew can solve any electrical issue and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future.

I've done quite a bit of work with Todor and his team since 2009 after bidding out a decent sized residential project. The bid at that time was not the lowest but it was the most comprehensively documented, realistic, and the price was fair for the level of service it was clear we would be receiving. 14 years later, I'm still very happy with our decision.

Electro-Integrity has over the years replaced all the knob & tube wiring in our home, upgraded service as well as our panel, added a subpanel as part of a solar project, installed recessed lights in every room, grounded all of our outlets, and made many other upgrades to the property in addition.

He and his crew do fantastic work. They take care to understand the scope, make sure the work is done properly, and leave the worksite clean at the end. I always look forward to having them over because I know it means I get to enjoy my home more afterwards. The entire team is very polite as well, for example they always take care to remove or cover their shoes when entering without being asked to do so. They are always happy to explain the how or why of their work as well so that I can better understand how things work in my home.

In fact, I am long overdue on this review, but they just came by this week and I'm thrilled with the upgrades. Already beginning to think about my future punch list.

Todor and his team did excellent work. He determined what LED recessed light options were available to me to replace my existing halogen lights. Very pleased with the results.

Todor showed up soon after I called to diagnose the problem. Two hours later Milo showed up to fix it. They both were fantastic. Prompt and communicative. Second time using them and will again.

I've used Electrointegrity to upgrade my panel, install a car charger, and also add a new high voltage outlet for a wall oven. They always get back to me within a reasonable time frame and do the work quickly and efficiently.

Although we did not use Electro-Integrity, I was impressed enough with their professionalism and knowledge to still write a review! They were a very close second choice and I would be confident to use their services.

Electro-Integrity installed three electrical panels and grounded them, obtained city permits, and ensured the work passed inspection. Though not inexpensive, the bid for the work came below two other estimates obtained. Todor Georgieve regularly came to supervise his team and was professional, respectful, and an all-around good guy. I recommend Electro-Integrity. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I’ve used Electro-Integrity in the past and have no qualms recommending them. Todor and his crews are extremely reliable, on-time, and trustworthy. They installed a sub-panel to power some circuits for a workspace, they upgraded our (ancient) garage wiring and got us set up for an EV charger in the future. They also ran CAT6 to various points in our home and handled a couple of more minor electrical repairs while they were on-site, including switch swaps, and troubleshooting (and fixing) a broken bathroom exhaust fan.

The electricians did great work and used quality parts throughout the whole job. Communication was excellent as well, we talked throughout the day and it really helped and the outcome exceeded my expectations.

My job was a little more complicated, so Todor come by in-person to get some more details for an estimate - which came in a little lower than a second estimate I received.

On the day of the job, Todor's team arrived as scheduled, did great work, and left everything cleaned up. Todor came by afterwards to show me how all the switches and connections worked.

I worked with Todor and his team to install: 240v electrical for a new hot tub, an outdoor outlet, outdoor lighting, and relocate an electrical ground wire. The end-to-end experience was great. He was professional, responsive, organized, and timely.

He helped to coordinate between our hot tub contact and some landscapers we were also working with in parallel to ensure the installation was completed correctly. He also handled everything with SF DBI for scheduling and conducting the onsite electrical inspection once all of the work was completed.

Overall very happy with the services, definitely recommend Electro-integrity and will gladly use them for future electrical needs.

Todor and his team of qualified electricians were outstanding. Provided a free estimate and work was completed with 10 days of me calling him for my EV charger and new sub panel. Very responsive and friendly. Will definitely contact him in the future if the need arises. Passed the city inspection for the new panel and charger with flying colors.

Electro-Integrity was fantastic, helpful and did extremely high-quality work. They were easy to communicate, quick to respond and I'm incredibly happy with their work.

These guys are a complete joke. They were doing some work in my building and I asked them what they were doing and if they had a permit for the work as well as a job card. They simply replied, that we are working with the building owner. Turns out he was working on the wrong units meter...I'm not even sure if they pulled a permit and know what they are doing. He seemed very confused with the request for a job card. If you want people that do shady work by drilling your foundation without permits, go with them. If you want the job done right, find yourself people that do legal work. Not to mention, they are very rude as well.

Electro-Integrity has done two projects for me, and I am quite pleased with the results. The owner Todor is very professional, very thorough, and provided quotes shortly after visiting the home. Both projects were finished within the estimated time and at the quoted prices. The first project was to replace two garage fluorescent light fixtures with LED fixtures and install a flood flight above the garage door. The second project was to replace a ~50 year old electric panel and install an EV charger. One of the LED fixtures had two small issues that Todor and his team fixed while working on the second project. For both projects had two electricians, and Todor visited the home at the end of the project to inspect the work. I highly recommend this company, and I plan to use them again for my electrician needs.

Todor's company was great. I sent him a picture of our electrical problem, he called back promptly and explained what's the issue, he came by to check it out in person, and a few days later send one of his team member over to fix it. It was an extra electrical outlet I needed in the kitchen, and his team was very professional and pleasant. I highly recommend electro-integrity

I cannot say enough good things about the services I have received from ElectroIntegrity over the years. I have dealt mostly with Todor. 5-stars all the time. I recently hired him to do a significant panel repair. His work was excellent and he was able to save me some money as well. His estimates are fair. He is always honest as far as I can understand electrical repairs :-) My only con is that he is too busy and hard to get but he is worth the wait ! You cannot go wrong with this company.
