I just used Zoom Electricians in San Francisco for lighting services, and I am quite pleased with their job. The electricians were prompt, professional, and skilled in their craft. They provided excellent recommendations for lighting fixtures and placement to enhance the ambiance and functionality of my space. The electrician that Zoom Electricians sent out today was very professional. He expertly repaired my panel switch, which didn't reset to my satisfaction. Last Friday, very excellent and affordable service was provided by Zoom Electricians. They repaired my receptacle that was not working, and I am very pleased. The electrician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my device, and repaired the faulty parts. He is the best and didn't try to upsell me throughout. Thank you very much!

Very professional & high quality install but extremely pricey. I paid $850 to turn a single 220v outlet into two 110v outlets. The work was quoted to take 3 hours, took about 40 minutes. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable. I asked over the phone for an estimate and I was told a story about how replacing an outlet cost about $150 2 years ago, which gave me confidence in a reasonable price. Wish I could have gotten a few more bids on the project.

Very overpriced: quoted me $200 per light for installing two fixtures (~30 minutes of work for $400), even after I had already set up by turning off the breaker, removing the old fixtures from the ceiling, etc.

They charged me $89 for the house call (which I had agreed to beforehand). In retrospect, I should have pushed harder for a quote over the phone. Other electricians were willing to give quotes based on pictures, etc., so this clearly exists just to make money.

Once the electrician showed up, it felt that he didn't think it was worth his time and just wanted the $89 house call fee, so quoted an excessively high price just to end the visit.

They worked efficiently! That's one thing I like about this company because they have a very talented electrician who can handle the circuit breaker that keeps tripping. I love the way they do it because they managed to do the service in the most convenient time and even performed it with high quality. A truly masterful display of performance! Thank you, guys!
