We are grateful for Eddie's exceptional service. We had an emergency and he was extremely competent, trustworthy, and skillful. Furthermore, he was honest and took the time to teach us at every step and even helped us save time and resources. I highly recommend him to friends and colleagues!

One day recently around 9 PM, I had the main breaker shut off at my house due to some electrical short, and it would not flip back on (it was stuck in the off position). I had no electricity at all, and plenty of work I needed to complete over the next couple of days. I called 11 electricians that night, hoping someone might have a 24-hour service and could charge me to come out and fix it. Only one person answered: Eddie from A 24 Electric. Not only did he answer, but he talked me through the process to reset my stuck breaker, spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently, and talking me through this whole situation. The most incredible part of this call was that he was on vacation overseas, eating breakfast in another country, when he answered. When I found out he was on the call I tried to apologize and excuse myself but he really wanted to help me fix the problem before I hung up.

By the end of the call, my power was restored and he did not ask for a dollar for his time. Few companies would ever provide this level of service, even for a fee. The fact that he was so helpful, after hours, and on his VACATION no less, speaks volumes about his character and business. I will always recommend this company in the future due to this level of service. Thank you again for the help!

A long winded, short story.

I searched google for doorbell repair, called and Eddie answered.

kept searching, different number, Eddie answered again. yikes! He knows I am shopping around.

I sent a photo, he told me his price, I questioned, he told me he would be be out and fix it.and he was true to his word.

At first, I thought this guy is either arrogant or confident! I went with confident.

I sent photos, we went with a window, he called the day of to let me know he was early, we started and hour early and done before the window started.

Eddie is meticulous, as his card says, clean shaven, respectful, well dressed, has a few good stories, beyond efficient as he has what he needs to complete the job.

Do not have a doubt about this master, he is quick, knows his craft and this is a review about a door bell!

I would hire Eddie for any electrical need.

Eddie is incredible. We had an emergency panel repair need and Pge turned off power. I sent Eddie photos and explained our problem and he made time to squeeze us in that day. He is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable electrician with impressive problem solving skills and work arounds and he also know his way around the ever changing policies of SF and PGE. We had to have a meter base replaced, not as simple as one would think. He is my go to electrician now and I highly recommend him.

I called Eddy after typical business hours in hopes that someone could help me get my power back in my apartment. Other power companies said they couldn’t help for an entire week! Eddy kindly walked me through the process of testing and resetting my electrical box. And it worked! Top notch service!

Eddie was very honest and helpful. He solved my problem over the phone with no charge. I will certainly call him first next time I need an electrician.

FYI, my circuit breaker tripped, but the switch only moved a little bit from the 'on' position, so I thought it was just mis-aligned. Turns out there is a 'tripped' and an 'off' position. Next time your outlets don't work, take a close look at your breakers before calling anyone.

I had a problem with my circuit breaker, so I called Eddie. He answered the phone right away on a Sunday and asked me clearly what was the problem.

He asked me to send a photo of the circuit breaker panels, and instructed me to fix the problem at no charge!!

The problem was fixed quickly and he called me back to make sure everything was ok.

Eddie was truly fantastic. I blew a fuse and thought we needed someone to come out and fix it. But he was so kind and walked me through everything on the phone and fixed the issue. He was very patient and kind and I am so grateful.

Before heading over, he called me one more time to double check and walking through it one more time, the power came back on. I was so thankful that he was willing to help me over the phone for free! He is now my go-to electrician.

A+++ electrical service - had an emergency of my own making. Called A24 at an odd hour - Eddie picked up immediately and helped me to diagnosis my problem and how to restore electricity overnight on my own before coming over first thing the next morning for an extremely-efficient and quick service. Would highly recommend.
