Very professional and polite. He worked hard to schedule a same day appointment that would work with my work schedule, meeting me very late. He arrived promptly and worked extremely efficiently, repairing several outlets in less than one hour. To add, his rates were very reasonable. And when I asked him to provide several cost estimates for future projects he was able to quickly give me accurate numbers in minutes. I am excited to say I found my new electrician.

I sent a message to Art and received a call immediately. Booking was fast and easy and Dmitri came the next day to install a chandelier and dimmer switch in my lounge. He was right on time, fast, did a perfect installation job and was very sweet to my dog who just wanted to play with him the whole time. Payment was easy. Art was an absolute gentleman and true professional. Educated in his home country to be an electrical engineer, he came to America and became an electrician who opened his own business.

He was able to make an appointment the same afternoon, had all the right tools in perfect order, replaced my old light fixture with a new one, and repaired the ignition on my gas stove -- all in a very short time and with exceptional grace and due caution.

Along the way, he even offered tips on safety and ways to save money on electricity. It was an honor to have him in my home, and I will be recommending him to my mother, whose flat needs similar work. I was also reassured by his well-established local reputation.

They are great! One recessed light stopped working and I didn't know what to do. I called the phone number and they were super helpful. I learned that the transformer might be broken and I could either replace the transformer or retrofit the lights to be LED. I ended up replacing the transformer myself and I'm super grateful for their help. 10/10 would recommend. Call them!

I had the pleasure of having Vlad install two outdoor outlets, one indoor outlet and two security cameras and I'm impressed with how thorough he is!

English may be a second language but Vlad is as sharp as a tack! I provided an installation video and he was able to install the camera with no issues even though he's never heard of that brand before (Eufy).

I had a great experience with Art electrical. I brought them in to do some minor work around my apartment (i.e. fixing a light installation, replacing some recessed lights).

Art was great- he answered my call and was able to FaceTime me right away, help with understanding my problem. He was quick coming to take care of it and I would recommend him to anyone needing reliable electrician!

I happened upon Art when I googled for an electrician and he was nearby my sister's house. I was working on her apartment and had the bathroom heater going. I heard a loud Pop and lost electrical to the apartment.He was unable to come out that day, so he walked me through how to trouble shoot the problem. He had me take photos and send them to him so he could assess my electrical problem. All of this at no charge, and he was super busy!

Since I was unable to isolate the problem, Art made an appointment for Dmitri to come out the next day. But when Dmitri asked the manager if he could have access to the main breaker and meter the manager informed us that he could not do any work until the Board of Directors gave their permission; that would take 2 weeks! No electricity for 2 weeks; that was insane.

So Dmitri isolated the problem, and made the bold decision to repair the problem live; 220 volts live. I was super nervous for him, but he skillfully made the repair, explained that the previous installation was poorly done, and guaranteed that his repair would work perfectly, which it did!

I cannot recommend these folks more highly! They are impeccable electricians who seek for customer satisfaction, and a job well done. They go far above and beyond anything that I have seen, and I am in the construction business. Thanks so much Art and Dmitri for going above and beyond to help us when we really needed help.

I would highly recommend Art Electrical Services! I called Art at 5:30pm because my power went out (some outlets worked, some didn't, the breakers were all switched to ON). Art picked up very quickly, and asked me to complete some simple troubleshooting over the phone. Within 30 minutes of hanging up, Art arrived at my home, and within 15 minutes, found the bad wire and resolved the issue. He's methodical in his approach, and also set expectations appropriately. I had a great experience with Art Electric. Art sent Sergey out to fix the loose wires in my electrical service that were causing my power to flicker. They fixed it the same day I called and saved me over $4000! The previous electrician I contacted said I needed to replace the entire electrical panel, but actually the wires just needed cleaning and tightening. I'm so glad I called Art for a second opinion!

Art sent Roman, originally from the Ukraine, who was very kind and good at his job. They helped me re-hang some lights and I love the work he did. Great quality, would hire again in a heartbeat.

I can't thank Art and team Vlad and Michael enough for their kind and very patient help with the built-in bookcase lights in our living room, which was installed in 2006. We hardly used the old halogen/xenon lights for lighting because they got very hot. Art and team installed new LED lights and we are now enjoying dimmable, ambient lighting after all these years! There's also access now to the bottom shelf light wiring connections for future easy replacement. Art came up with the access idea and Vlad/Michael worked on it. Vlad went out of his way to pick up another set of LED lights when the one I bought did not work out due to voltage issue. This, and replacing the dimmable switches to work with the new fixtures, required extra work which Vlad very patiently did. All this work for quality, very affordable price. They did not take advantage of the issues that came up to charge unreasonable prices. They are honest, transparent with their work and pricing, kind, professional and friendly too.

When I needed to repair or replace the under cabinet lighting in my kitchen, not only did Art provide good advice on the front-end before we'd officially engaged (recommending I replace my oft-failing fluorescent light fixtures with LEDs), but the service was courteous, on point, and the outcome is better than I was hoping for. We needed a new 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet installed in our garage for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging. Art and his partner did a stunning job from start to finish! Art came over and replaced my outdoor electrical outlet. He doesn’t scrimp on quality materials and when the store didn’t have a metal cover (all they carried was plastic which lets in UV light and causes the problem we had in the first place) he showed me what to order on Amazon and when it arrives, he will come over and install it free of charge.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I am a commercial property manager for a high end hair salon. Our power went out in all of our studios and I contacted Art who got back to me right away even though I could hear on the phone how busy he was and he made a same day appointment within a couple of hours from my original call! Art was very responsive in scheduling a visit to give us an estimate on installing two electrical outlets and we also consulted him on a grounding issue we were having. I got a ridiculous quote from a larger company & was happy to have found Art - he was very prompt at responding, did an estimate over facetime, then was able to schedule an appt for installation the next day =) very happy with results. The power went out to half of house during the middle of the day. Art came out within 30 mins and was able to determine that the power outage was due to a powerline being disconnected. It was one of the best experiences. Art was very flexible on the schedule, Saturday night 6pm. Art was very friendly, punctual and diligent. He was able to fix my heater and saved me a lot of money. Art is *incredible*. My light fixture was old and broken. From the time I initially contacted him, it was only about 2 hours before he had gone to Home Depot for me, purchased the correct light fixture on my behalf (texting me options), and arrived at my home to replace the fixture. He also fixed a broken bulb on our stove top, and replaced the dimmer on our next fixture for free.

We hit a snag installing our new oven and Art was able to fix it in no time. He came recommended and was able to come out same day to reconfigure the outlet so it would work with the four prongs needed to power the next appliance. I would recommend him for quality work at a very reasonable rate.

Art fixed our outdoor firepit (natural gas). Three prior contractors over the span of six months could not figure it out. Art had it fixed in 15 minutes. I have never encountered a better service contractor of any type, anywhere.

Communication was clear from the start. He was flexible on timing and made it out to diagnose and fix my electrical issues quickly. He confirmed via text and again before arriving.
