However, he provided consulting expertise on what to do despite not being on the clock. In fact, he followed up later to see how things worked out after recommending calling SDG&E to have them address the issue first. Richard was great, he came and helped us install a new circuit breaker in our old home. He was respectful and friendly. We also recieved a written estimate before he performed the work and he cleaned up after himself.

I installed a ceiling fan for my bathroom and needed it wired into the wall for a switch. I used Angies List to find them and they responded in less than 3 minutes. Rob had a guy at my house the next day to wire it in. I’m assuming the price was fair but I can’t validate that claim. He also said he had to charge me a bit extra because I found him on Angies List to cover those costs so just call him direct next time to save some $. He also came out for an estimate for a backyard project and gave me a good quote. I’d totally use them again for any electrical needs.

I called twice and set up appointments for the electrician to come and replace a light fixture. Both times he failed to show up and neither called to say he was running late or say he wasn't coming. Nor did the company offer an apology or a reason for someone not showing up. If I'm expected to be here waiting for them at a certain time I expect the same courtesy.

Circuit in my kitchen went out and Richard came by and began troubleshooting the problem. Turned out I had a microwave that was overloading the circuit.I have a old 1959 home, and electrical can be difficult to fix. He figured out the problem at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Richard who is a very thoughtful and punctual gentleman.

Solomon Electrical were competent and efficient. They diagnosed our electrical issue immediately, addressed our concerns and cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely polite and professional and will definitely be using their services again. I would 100% recommend them to everyone!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Thorin. When I first contacted them, they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment for the following day. They were honest and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had a solution as quickly as possible. The day of the service I had a strict time constraint as the house was scheduled for fumigation and tenant move-in immediately after the tent removal. Thorin was very punctual and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. I love this company! I would defiantly hire them again.

I have received above high expectations of air services performed by Phil at Ideal plumbing heating electric and air. As well as to the whole crew at Ideal, who have a genuine authentic family business , to which had made me feel a part of. The air quality of my condominium unit has been unbearable, due to tobacco smoke from downstairs neighbor and I need to use my air conditioner for the heating summer months. I was in a sort of pit to thinking that my moving back after 4 year's of being gone were going to be stressful and unlivable to , because of the smoking nuisance from the neighbors. I was desperate for any solution. I had walked into and very welcoming Ideal off Waring Rd. to talk about my issues, I talked with Dan of my situation and I felt a huge weight lifting off my shoulder because of the possible solutions I was given. I had told about an air scrubber that white glove guy's reccomend with a cost , I passed information to Ideal team and they looked into the research and found a better quality based on reviews of a life saving air scrubber that I have to say was the best investment I could have done. My quality of air improved dramatically upon the first use. The price difference was that Ideal did save me $ compared to the white glove guy's . With Ideals honest business management and standards, I look forward to continue this family business relationship to further assist with all my in home needs to plumbing, electric, and air.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Hired to perform work at my complex sent 3 massive work trucks and took up only 3 unused parking stalls. Parked truck in a manner where 3/4 of sidewalk is blocked. ADA issue (see posted pic) Park offsite.

I have had La Luz Electrical out to my house on 3 separate occasions. Each time they arrived on time and did excellent work at very fair prices. The work included installing several different smart home devices, indoor and outdoor electrical outlets and moving a microwave to a different circuit. I was very impressed with this family owned business. I highly recommend.
