I had Faraday install a Tesla Wall Charger at home and unfortunately not everything went right. The owner of the company himself came to my home first thing in the morning the day after finding out about the issue, he was easy to communicate and work with, and took care of the issue. Nowadays the bar set by contractors is that if they show up on time they are already ahead of the curve, but Faraday went the extra step in making this a painless experience despite the obstacles we ran into. It's good to be reminded of what good service looks like. I am pleased with the level of service I received and would recommend this company to anyone looking to set up EV charging at home.
